Only 400 meters from the Montreal Jazz and the Francofolie festival, 500 meters from downtown and the world biggest underground shopping mall, 600 meters from the hottest restaurants, bars and night life of the colorful boulevard St-Laurent, in between the Mont-Royal mountain and the old port of Montreal. Not to mention all the other touristic attractions at less than 15 minutes of walk from the building.
