Located half-way between two major traffic arteries, the apartment is relatively quiet, especially in the backyard and after 10h00 pm.
Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it could easily be made accessible to a handicapped person.
All universities are within a 35 minute walk or around 20 minutes by public transport. The apartment is about 100 feet from the nearest BIXI stand, a public service where bicycles that can be borrowed for one way trips to all destinations in downtown Montreal and adjacent districts. If you like running or walking, Mount Royal and its many walkways and parks is within little more than a 20 minutes walk.
