I had a wonderful time staying at Loft 3 with my wife and 4-year-old son. The amenities were many: full-size washer/dryer, whirlpool bath, WIFI, lots of excellent city guides, a large sectional that's very comfy to sleep on, wood stove, widescreen TV, etc.
The apartment looks just like it does in the photos, but even better. The woodwork and exposed stonewalls are really lovely.
It's only a couple of minutes walk to Place Jacques-Cartier and the Vieux-Port. And if you have kids, there are more nearby ice cream shops aplenty.
A couple of caveats, applying mainly to those with small children. The mezzanine with the bed is a bit dicey. You'll have to keep a very close eye on them, as there are few vertical supports to prevent an accident. Also, the beautiful period windows on the main floor have very low sills, again requiring very close supervision of a young child (or just keeping them closed, as we did).
Also, Rue St-Paul can be rather noisy on a weekend night.

The loft was very comfortable, with all of the amenities that we needed for a pleasant stay. The old stone walls contrasted well with the more modernly furnished rooms. In addition, it was in a great location in Old Montreal, within easy walking distance to most places of interest in the area. Although the loft overlooked Rue St. Paul with all of its tourists during the day, it was quite peaceful and relaxing.
A spacious very well equipped apartment in a perfect location.

We were absolutely floored by the location and spaciousness of our loft (No. 1). Staying in an antiseptic chain hotel simply wouldn't have done our 4-day visit justice. We felt like we were on the most happening corner in all of Montreal. The kids, aged 12-16, loved it. We had all the conveniences of home and were in walking distance to the Jazz Festival, the Underground and even the art museum. Beds/bedding were first-rate. We would definitely come here again.

This was the loft of our dreams: chic yet comfortable and spacious, perfectly situated, surprisingly quiet (well, except for the one night a neighbor had a late-night party) Tony and Melissa have their tenants' best interests in mind and are wonderful hosts. We shall return! Only one minor suggestion: add more towel hooks in the upstairs bathroom.

Our family (4 people, including two teenage boys) spent 3 marvellous weeks in this first-class loft located in the heart of Old Montreal. This is as good a location one will ever get to access the incredible varieties of things to do in Montreal. The loft is a stone throw away from the vibrant old port, and within short walking distance of a a multitude of restaurants, bars, boutiques, museums, etc. The street the Loft is on (St-Paul) is jammed packed with people until the wee hours of the morning. The loft was lent to us in pristine conditions, and a lady came weekly to do the cleaning. The air conditioning functioned properly, which is essential for a comfortable stay in mid-summer. But it would be a great place to occupy in all four seasons, as Montreal as so much to offer all year round. The loft does not hae a parking lot, but parking is availbale in nearby lots, or at the old port for $20.00/day. We highly recommend this loft for an exciting stay in the heart of Montreal.

What a wonderful loft. The loft is a first class, one of a kind and is beautifully appointed. The location right on St. Paul and in the heart of Old Montreal is ideal. We will be coming back for sure and have already recomended it to friends.

This loft apartment in Old Montreal is right at the heart of the old city -- restaurants, cafes, galleries, historic churches, restored warehouses all around -- and a block away is the bike path (and around the corner are bike rentals) by which you can explore much of the city. A first for us on this trip to Montreal was a visit to the Pointe a Calliere, a museum of the history and archeology of Montreal, located just a few blocks from the apartment. It looks at the origins of the city as they are revealed by an archaeological dig at that site. And the visitor gets to walk by the remains of the city's earliest cemetery as well as foundation walls of 400 years of overlapping use, the stone vaulting for a buried stream, and so on. We found it fascinating.
We also walked west (3/4 hour) on the bike / walking path to the Atwater Market, an indoor/outdoor farmets' marketwhere you will find great cheeses, pates, fresh and cooked seafood, fish, and all sorts of fruit and vegetables. The apartment is lovely, decorated with style but at the same time comfortable, and well equipped. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer and look forward to a return visit.

Stylish, affoardable, and convienent. I can't say enough good things about this place. Nice nieghborhood for walking, close to subway, and right on the river...which makes for nice afternoons in the sun at sidewalk cafes with a bottle of sangria. Very nice & helpful owners.

For three days or for three month this is the best place to enjoy Montreal.
The loft is very comfortable, ideally located and has that old world charm with
modern amenities. You will enjoy every minute of it even with rain or snow.
You have at your feet the best Montreal has to offer in day and night entertainment.
After three month there we felt like we were leaving a home. Don't even look further, you won't find a better place.

This is the kind of loft you dream of living in. It's not only beautiful but it's also spotless. Impeccably furnished, with wood beams and a fireplace, it feels like a dream home! The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom heavenly. When you step outside, you're in the magical cobblestone streets of Old Montreal. Let alone, in any other part of the world, this place would be double the price..

We stayed in this loft for 3 days and it was truly a great experience. The loft itself is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated but it's also situated in a fantastic area in the old montreal. We were surrounded by great restaurants and touristic amenities. I would deffinately recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect and enjoyable stay in Montreal!
