Sincerily, this place is surrounded by the pretty "Place Valois" with nice restaurant, food boutique ( fresh Quebec products- cheese, bred, pastry, sandwiches, coffe...) Subway ( station Joliette) at 5 min by foot, and in 20 min from downtown.
Close to Jardin Botanique, Marché Maisonneuve, Stade Olympique, Parc Maisonneuve, Insectarium de Montréal.

Very secure place, I'm leaving there, so I enjoy my place !
I will be not so far if you rent, just in the studio down to the appart ( also to rent ) but need more to do before- pictures coming soon

Wi-fi, no smoker, please, cable, TV, CD, Bathroom still in revovation for few days,,,washing machine, dryer, no dishes washing, Sheets for bed, etc Don't be shy to ask for more, it will be my pleasure !
Not so good for young kids ( big steps for the terrasse without protection)
