All the Apartment-Suites are fully equipped and include electricity, gas, telephone line, cable TV, alarm, Internet and house cleaning once a week. They all have washer and dryer inside the unit as well as dishwasher and all linens and cutlery.

Deposits: We require a 20% (minimum C$500) booking/security deposit reimbursable only within a week of departure. The stay is fully payable upon occupancy. For stays over 3 months they are payable every three months 15 days before the start of the 3-month period. Or at any other mutually agreeable frequency.

Other Fees: Last week of December, first week of January, Grand Prix and Jazz Festival weeks carry a 25% supplement to above rates. * Four-day or two day rentals available at 70% and 50% respectively of the applicable weekly rates

A very nice place to stay and well furnished with a roof deck and grill, which we appreciated. The furniture was a little inadequate - could have used a chair and the bureau was too small in the bedroom and the living room could use a few more chairs, but in all, it was nicely furnished and we enjoyed out time.

what a great experience. It was clean neat and had everything we needed. Was like staying in a hotel with the conveniences of home. A great idea for a family. Location was also great and underground parking a must in the cold weather and in a city.

Very nice full equiped condo, the terrace is great ! They are just 5 minutes away from downtown shops, restaurants, old montreal. great location for anyone who wants to discover montreal. Way better than any hotel. Cheers, Pierre
