• Lodging Tax: 12.875 % on rentals shorter than 31 days. None applicable on rentals over 30 days
   
• Deposits: We require a 20% (minimum C$500) booking/security deposit reimbursable only within a week of departure. The stay is fully payable upon occupancy. For stays over 3 months they are payable every three months 15 days before the start of the 3-month period. Or at any other mutually agreeable frequency.
   
• Other Fees: Last week of December, first week of January, Grand Prix and Jazz Festival weeks carry a 25% supplement to above rates. * Four-day or two day rentals available at 75% and 50% respectively of the non-discounted or supplemented weekly rates

Very nice full equiped condo, the terrace is great ! They are just 5 minutes away from downtown shops, restaurants, old montreal. great location for anyone who wants to discover montreal. Way better than any hotel. Cheers, Pierre
