Second floor condo located in the heart of the Plateau, next to famous Square Saint-Louis. The unit is fully furnished, equipped, has a beautiful shared garden at the back. One bedroom (1 Queen, one sofa bed in Living room), living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, capuccino machine, regular coffee machine). The unit includes three televisions, DVD player, cable, telephone, high speed
internet and wireless network access. Washer/dryer,
iron, ironing board, hair dryer, desk for computer, house ware, linens and towels are supplied.

The apartment is located in downtown Montreal, in the heart of the Plateau. The unit is within walking distance of Prince-Arthur, Saint-Denis street, Saint-Lawrence blvd, Old Montreal, Place des Arts, Chinatown, cafés, bars, chic restaurants, and hip shopping.
