• Deposits: 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). The deposit can be settled through Paypal or by money order. A $200 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be charged or paid cash, and will be returned at checkout.
   
• Other Fees: *The prices listed are based on accomodations for 2 occupants. The condo can accomodate up to 4 occupants.Please note that there is a $15 fee per extra occupant (no charge for children under the age of 12) **A cleaning fee of $50 is applicable to stays of 7 nights and less.
