This beautiful luxury condo is located in the heart of the Plateau, steps away from famous Square Saint-Louis. The unit is within walking distance of Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent blvd, where chic dining and trendy shopping can be enjoyed. The condo includes a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and beautiful private backyard with patio furniture. The unit has two televisions with DVD players, a sound system, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, telephone, wireless internet access, all linens and dishware.

The Mount-Royal mountain is a 7 minute walk from the unit, and a 10 minute walk will get you to Chinatown, the Gay Village, downtown, or Parc Lafontaine. Montreal is a great city for walking or cycling, and the unit is close to many bicycle paths.
The Plateau is known for its trendy and chic dining and shopping, which again is all within walking distance.
The condo is 2 minutes away from the Sherbrooke subway station, and the 24 bus which runs East-West on Sherbrooke.
