Description of the Montreal vacation townhouse rental

This townhouse is exceptional in size and design : very
"Provence" in feel : with a soaring Atrium glass greenhouse dropping over 3 floors and covering the kitchen and diningroom areas. More than comfortable with very spacious rooms and a combined area of over 3000 sq ft plus a large equipped private roof terrace with entry from inside via the kitchen and dining room. High ceilings and full of light.
Very unique. Location wise it is dead central "Plateau" right next to St Denis street with the metro "Sherbrooke" at the very corner adjacent to the charming "Carre St Louis Park".
All you could want is within blocks and the cities attractions are all so very accessable.

At over 3000 sq feet this is one of the largest short term rental properties available in Montreal for sure.
3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a whirlpool bathroom off the greenhouse. We have two fold out twin chair beds for additional 7th or 8th guest which are mattresses and confortable - working well for children especially. Hardwood floors and ceramic tiles throughout.
Double AC units, wireless high speed internet, two sound systems and plasma 50inch tv in the livingroom area... plus 2 tv's in the upstairs bedrooms : satellite TV.
Huge roof terrace off the kitchen and dining room area complete with table and chairs and BBQ, umbrella and shower.

• Deposits: 50% for terms of one week or shorter. Same for first months rent on terms monthy or longer. Balance of long terms can be negotiated for payment.
   
• Other Fees: $60 to $90 exit cleaning fee on all rentals depending on number of persons. Bi weekly cleaning is manditory at $75 per session for terms longer than two weeks. Security deposit maybe required.

This is a beautiful townhouse on a quiet,narrow, old world street in the Plateau area of Montreal. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the modern conveniences; the bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. There is great storage available and the entire house is totally free of clutter. Fresh flowers greeted our arrival and we were provided with helpful information on everything from restaurants to grocery stores to take out shops. Leighton greeted our arrival and came when we were leaving to say good bye. We enjoyed the local restaurannts, especially the take your own wine spots on Rachael St. The area is fun for shopping and cental enough to be a short ride from the main tourist attractions. It was a wonderful experience for us and we left with very warm feelings for Drolet St and Montreal.
