Seymour Lake Beach/Boat Launch is only 2 miles away. Ride your snowmobile from the cabin to the VAST TRAIL. Burke Mountain and Jay Peak are about 35 minutes away. Shopping, dining, movies are just a short drive. Hiking trails are nearby. Hunting, fishing, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, sugar-houses nearby.

We have just got back from a stay at the cabin, it was a beautiful cabin in lovely surroundings, very romantic!! General store just down the road was very good and had everything we needed. In the taps we found that at first the water really smells like eggs but you just have to really run the taps a while and the smell goes so don't panic! The hot tub was great! The BBQ was also good and enjoyed that! Sue was brilliant to deal with and we can't wait to go back and stay again later in the year. Everyone definately should stay here!
The cabin was everything we needed and was very comfortable. The 5 hour drive from CT was well worth the nice long weekend. The location was great and the open land around the cabin provided the perfect privacy for a romantic get away. The general store about 2 miles down the road was excellent. I was able to buy my Vermont stickers for my car, beer, milk, and even had a great conversation with the owner. Thank you Sue for a great weekend!
We have offically found our new "Favorite" spot in Vermont! The cabin was so nice and cozy and the hot tub was wonderful!! It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to vacation and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! We can't wait to return!! Rose & Dave

We had a wonderful time Columbus Day weekend and the cabin and all the wood work was beautiful. We also enjoyed the hot tub very much.
