Situated on 130 acres of farm land and forest.Only 2 minutes from Vast Trail(can be accessed from property) for snowmobilers,5 minutes from Seymour lake and 12 minutes from Derby village for restaurants and shopping. Indoor garage available for snowmobiles. Also has outdoor skating rink on property.

The area is a combination of large and small dairy farms, country homes, summer and winter cabins, sugar houses, beautiful mountain views,forest and lakes. Deer, moose and wild turkeys are plentiful. All summer and winter recreational activities are available. Derby/Newport villages are nearby for shopping, dining and movies.
