Mostly furnished home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths & lakeside room with large windows & sliders overlooking lake & beyond.

Enjoy awesome sunsets, great fishing winter or summer, & lake access to VAST trail in winter.

Fall foliage in September and October offers a panoramic showcase of the vibrant color changes that occur with the changing of the seasons.

When sitting in the sun room you can enjoy a colorful reflection from the mountain upon Lake Seymour and hear the loons echo throughout the countryside. Take advantage of all the seasons of the Northeast Kingdom!

Cost of all utilities are included in the price.

Area Information

Quaint town in Northern Vermont offers boating, fishing, swimming in one of the cleanest lakes in the United States. New Historical Society offers enriched history of the area and many community dinners and activities.

Time to reflect on the beauty and serenity of Northern Vermont and it's surrounding towns. We are within 2 hours' drive of Montreal and Burlington. Burlington, Vermont is listed as one of the top five outstanding cities in the United States, offering quaint shops, Lake Champlain excursions, Vermont Jazz Festival in the summer months, Mozart Festivals at Shelburne Farms, bike trails and the unique art of the city itself.

Within driving distance of Stowe, Vermont where the notorious Von Trapp family live and continue to perform on special occasions. Stowe offers summer excursions, water slides, gondola trips and many hiking trails.

Other Fees: Monthly rental rates are due to be paid in full 15 days prior to the rental period. Rentals not to exceed more than 6 people at a time

Lake Seymour

The house is large enough to acommodate 8 people, with linens, kitchen ware, etc. Although cables for satillite and telephone were installed neither worked. We were 8 prople with 7 cell phones from 3 diferent providers and none could receive a signal. Besides being very inconvenient, in case of an emergency very poor. It also appeats the house in under renovation. Remotely located.

Owner's reply:

The cottage is in a remote area on Lake Seymour,in northern Vermont.Unfortunately cell service is very limited in that area.In the service area,we have indicated that there is no television,or land line phone service.Year round residents live close by,for any immediate emergency,if the cell phone fails.The rental is designed as a truly quiet getaway,on the lake front,enjoying nature,and being away from the everyday distractions of our daily lives.
