Description of the Morro Bay vacation cottage rental

Owned by a former B&B owner. This home is located in a quiet and charming North Morro Bay neighborhood, and is a short walk to beautiful Closture's Beach. Closture's beach is known for its tranquility, beauty, and being the locals secret. You can choose to stroll along a pleasant boardwalk to view the bird sanctuary, marsh, and dunes, or ride on a very delightful bike trail that meanders along the dunes and leads to down town and the embarcadero.
In addition this home is houses away from pretty and wooded Del Mar Park. Del Mar Park offers walking paths along its seasonal creek with aged trees; plus gives the kids a place to play while mom also enjoys her vacation: (playground, basketball, tennis, horseshoes). Please ask owner about more avalible reviews on a different vacation home site.
Home is also within walking distance to dining and grocery store.

The Morro Bay Trolly has started its route for the summer and we have a stop just down the street. The Trolly runs every 20 min. goes to: beaches, parks, down town, and the embarcadero. Word is kids well ride for free this summer c: yea for Morro Bay Trolly.

There is a second home on property that owner sometimes uses.

Area Information

Morro Bay is located on the Central Coast. It boast a quaint villiage with boutique shopping, and the embarcadero; were one can shop, deep sea fish, go kayaking, sailing, surfing, golfing, diving, swiming, (life guards on duty during summer hours) and dine while watching the boat's come in and out of the bay. Don't forget to buy your fresh fish for BBQ.
We have hiking trails, estuary's, and famous Montana De Oro National Park. Within driving distance and while viewing beautiful scenery along the way is over 45 wineries, Hearst Castle, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and the elephant seal beach where one is always entertained. Charming Cottage

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this Cottage. The kitchen is so well stocked, the washer/dryer unit is brand new, the decor is so quaint and the beds were very comfortable. You get the essence of Morro Bay by staying at this property.

We had such a great time staying at the Seahorse Cottage. We are a family of 5 and stayed for a week. The cottage was clean with nice beds and lots of extra blankets and towles. The beach decor made the place light and fresh. We made all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen There were a lot of things to do local and in the surrounding areas. We cant wait to come back.

Very cute!! We Will stay again and again

This is Very cute and very clean place. We had a great stay and will definitely be staying again. The kids loved the park and the very private beach that were both within walking distance. The house was stocked with everthing we needed for our stay. ie towels/ pots&pans/ tupperware/ blenders/ washer dryer etc. It looked like some recent updating had been done and I loved the beach house decor. My only complaint would be I wish it had two bathrooms. Lookin forward to our next visit.
