This house worked out perfectly for our family! There were 7 of us that slept here and then some other family members would join us from time to time for a meal from their house they had rented a few streets over! We loved the wide open visiting area and wow....that master bedroom and bath are fabulous! Check in and out was a breeze! The views from the inside the house are awesome and also from the deck outside! It is a perfect location to all eating, shopping, walking and to the beach! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place for your family to enjoy!!!

Our family needed a place to stay for my daughter's graduation and this house worked out perfectly. Everything was very well organized, clean and ready for our visit. Neighborhood was quiet, close to the water and nicely furnished. Beth was quick to respond and a joy to work with. We look forward to a return trip in the future. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time staying in this house. There were 2 other couples besides us. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked well, even though we didn't do any cooking there. The only negative we have is that the living room furniture (couch and 2 chairs) was not that comfortable. They had the City Wide Yard Sale the weekend we were there. We had a great time looking for good deals. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definately stay there again.

A Comfortable home to rent.

My wife and I rented this home for 2 months this winter. Comfortable, well stocked home. The owners are very easy to work with and very helpful to our needs. The house has everything from, glassware to George Foreman Grill. Just bring your toothbrush and move right in. Location is excellent, close to supermarket and walk to town and water front shops. . Nearby Sea Life Museum a must. State Parks, and trails too numerous to mention.

This great house is well stocked with everything you need. It is walking distance from the beach, about 8 blocks. But it has a great view of Morro rock from the living room. Great place!

We have rented 5 different vacation homes in the Cayucos/Morro Bay area and this home is the absolute best, by far! The kitchen is complete with plenty of dishes, bowls, bakeware, pots & pans, utensils, and even a crock pot and waffle maker! The home was clean and very comfortable; it was easy to relax there. The owners were easy to deal with as was the manager who lives below the main house. The area is quiet and the view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing - our family gathered there many evenings to watch the gorgeous sun sets over Morro Rock. We hope to return to this home again in 2013.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Just blocks from the Embarcadaro. Quiet neighborhood. Has a private bedroom upstairs and alot of room downstairs. I was really please with everything in this house and hope to use it again.

Wow.... when we walked in, it was MUCH bigger,cleaner, and BETTER in every way... than we anticipated! What a great deal! The owner was very helpful and the managers (who live in the basement suit) were very helpful and friendly. The house was fully stocked with every pot, towel, and q-tip we ever needed, and we didn't have to bring anything but food! We'll no doubt stay there again! THANKS!!!

The house was clean & comfortable, with very old-fashioned decor. It's very conveniently located. We could walk to all the shops. The 2 nights we spent there were during an especially chilly winter. The wall heater downstairs worked fine except it heated mostly the living/dining room & kitchen areas. The heat had trouble getting to the 2 downstair bedrooms. The wall heater in the master bedroom upstairs did not work at all. We rented a DVD movie at the local supermarket before checking in because the description on the website included DVD player. However, we could not find the DVD player &, were told by the owner later that it was broken & the manager had put it away. The manager went on vacation before had the chance to replace it. Of course we returned the movie without viewing it & forfeited the rental. We think it would be nice if the house had stocked some brochures on Morro Bay & neighboring towns. We had to go to a hotel in town to pick up some information booklets. All in all the stay was pleasant & we had a good time.

The condo was very nicely decorated and supplied with most of the needed kitchen utensils. The only complaint we had was the sofa bed mattress. It turned up on the sides so we rolled to the middle. We traded beds with out daughter, and since she slept in the middle of the sofa bed, she said it was OK. I don't recommend the sofa bed for two people.

Just came back from our trip today.Checked out the sandcastle contest in Cayucos in the morning and fireworks in Shamel Park in Cambria at night.The house is about a 10-15 min walk to the Embarcadero. My kids enjoyed riding their bikes to Morro Rock and their kayaking adventure. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-maintained.I like the open floor plan between the living, dining room and kitchen (hardwood floor).The kitchen is well-equipped with a blender, toaster,coffeemaker,dishwasher,etc. The house has 3 TV's with satellite.The upstairs and living rooms have a nice view of Morro Rock. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Will definitely stay there again!

We just returned from our getaway to Morro Bay and had to tell you right away that we loved your home. It was just perfect for our little family. The house was so clean and comfortable. Our girls enjoyed playing in the front yard and slept very well while we were there – the best they’ve ever slept on a trip. I enjoyed how quiet and cozy the house was and how well it was equipped. The kitchen was perfect. I had no problem making meals and enjoyed the coffee and tea you had provided. We hope to come back to your home again this year.

Fabulous Vacation on the Coast

When we arrived it was a foggy, chilly Morro Bay morning. We were so tired from our drive we got right into clean, cozy beds and slept a while. When we woke we wondered where the view was that is pictured so prominently in the photos, but we were unconcerned because the house was so great and the beach was so close. We spent a cloudy day on the Rock and at the beach and when we came home the clouds had cleared to reveal the most amazing views from the western windows. It was a joy to come back to this home-away-from-home each evening and feed our family of 6 in the spacious kitchen. Everything was comfortable and clean and we look forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean and comfortable home. The view is beautiful. Our only complaints were the soft mattresses (we all prefer firm) and the frame was squeaky in the upper bedroom. Also, it was cool during our stay and the thermostat could not be changed to increase the heat during the daytime--nighttime was fine. If we return to the Morrow Bay area again, we would certainly consider this home again. Four Okies from Oklahoma

My husband, son and I loved being in this wonderful home....open, great view, comfortable beds, well stocked and very beautifully furnished. It was a wonderful home to stay in for a month and could not have asked for anything more! We would absolutely stay there again..the people in Morro Bay are wonderful, and great places to eat...we loved Dockside. Our realtor was the best, always kind and ready to help and answer any questions we had..thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!

This house was very clean and beautiful. You could walk to the boardwalk. The beach was just minutes away. Th veiw was beautiful from the living room and from the upstairs bedroom. My family and I had a wonderful time. We will definetly come back and stay at this magnificent home.It is also very relaxing when you are staying in this vacation home.If I could I would rate this house a 20 but it only goes to 5.As you can see though I truly enjoyed the stay in Morro Bay. If you are reading this right now I highly suggest you should rent this house. You will have a great time. Thank You!
