Description of the Morro Bay vacation home rental

Sweeping ocean view private home on a hillside with lots of space (3200 square feet). Set above the The Cloisters development which gives you the whitewater pristine view. Two story bright and sunny comfortable vacation home. Ocean views from a huge master suite with 2 comfy beds and an enormous private bathroom with a bath and shower. It also has a large attached balcony. Another bedroom downstairs with a balcony, ocean views, and a full bath nearby. A third private bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom with a garden view. There is an enormous family room (counted as one of the bedrooms with 2 deluxe raised queen beds) with a balcony and ocean view. The kitchen opens to a nook and to the livingroom which has a balcony and an ocean view. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Designer decorated, unbelievably comfortable, yet fashionable.

It is spacious, warm, comfortable, and perfectly designed so your family and friends can enjoy gathering in one large room or breakup into groups--some in the livingroom, some in the dining room, some in the family room, and some out on the huge decks overlooking Morro Bay and the Pacific ocean.

You never know what the mood of the ocean is going to be when you get up and make your coffee, but as soon as you look out of near all-glass wall between you and the large viewing deck and see the huge expanse of water in the distance, you will. Sometimes there are rainbows, clouds, high banks of fog, or just endless sunshine.

Located in friendly, quiet Morro Bay. The area is halfway between SF and LA. Easy access to Highway 1 and the Big Sur Coast. San Luis Mountain, which has lovely hiking trails for the beginning and advanced hikers and mountain bikers is close by. Our neighborhood is very friendly. Cambria, Avila Beach and Pismo Beach are all within a 15 minute drive, or a day bike ride. Our vacation home is in the Central Coast wine region with many wineries nearby. San Francisco and Los Angeles, (Disneyland), are a 3 1/2 hour drive away. The famous Coastal Highway 1 going to Hearst Castle, Big Sur and Monterey begins in San Luis Obispo. It is a spectacular drive! Great, uncrowded surfing. Road and mountain biking mecca.

Set above the cloisters in Morro Bay which has a beautiful boardwalk that takes you through the rolling dunes, a brand new playground and park for families and easy access to the coast. Wildlife and bird watching is a favorite here, and placards along the boardwalk point out local animals as well as flora and fauna.

Our family spent 4 nights at this very comfortable and large house with fantastic view. The owner is quite gracious and obviously takes great pride in the home. Everything a family could want seems to be included. Our son was able to use his laptop no problem. There was a convenient book that explained all of the features of the house and how to use them. We are VERY happy that we found this house and look forward to coming back soon. Our family patriarch is 84 and has limited mobility, so we could have had problem in any other house, but not here. The huge master bedroom and family room as pictured are right off the garage, so wheelchair access is easy. The showers are perfect for those folks who are disabled because they are dedicated showers. This really meant a lot to us and of course to Grandpa since he had the view, a deck, his own family room, huge bedroom and bath. He had it made and loved the stay. We love this house and DEFINITELY WILL stay there again.

This house was super awesome. By far the best time we had in Morro Bay. The pictures really don't do it justice. The house is in immaculate shape. When you see the house in person. You will be impressed. I really recommend this house for a vacation rental. I guarantee I will in the years to come.
