It’s a dream come true! A vacation home for us in Morro Bay and we would love to share it with you. Situated on the beautiful shore of Morro Bay, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood -- peace, comfort and privacy makes this charming and spacious, end-unit townhome the perfect escape. Our 2 story townhome is located just steps from the Bay, State Park, Natural History Museum and Award winning golf course. A vista-filled 10 minute walk in the other direction takes you into the delightful town for unique shopping, Bay watching or dining. A short 5 minute drive, or trolley ride, delivers you to the world famous Bay and Morro Strand Beach. Kayak alongside sea-otters and get a close up view of Morro's bountiful wildlife. Surf, beachcomb or simply take in the spectacular view of Morro Rock and the Central Coast.

3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths comfortably accommodates 8 overnight guests. The lovely Master bedroom has a deck with view, queen bed, fireplace, mini–fridge and coffee bar. The large en-suite Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and double vanities. Bedroom #2 has dual cozy twin beds and Bedroom #3 has 4 fun, comfy twin bunks. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with DVD players. A washer and dryer are located conveniently upstairs. The living and dining rooms have plenty of comfy seating to watch TV, play cards, enjoy the fire or count the numerous kayaker's and wildlife on the bay. A fully equipped kitchen provides all the luxuries of home or step next door and enjoy a romantic dinner at the Inn at Morro Bay. Better yet barbeque some fresh, local fish.

Incredible!

This was our first time staying in the area. It was fantastic! The home was both beautifully decorated, warm, welcoming, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. Very spacious too, which was well suited for our three generations. We truly appreciated the natural beauty of the area. Great views from both the living room and master bedroom. Amazing (and reasonably priced) golf course. Lots for both the kids and adults to do - we went kayaking, hiking, golfing, tide pooling, wine tasting! No one wanted to leave. We will definitely be back!

Cal Poly Graduation

We wanted a relaxed, affordable place to stay when we all came for my sons graduation from Cal Poly. We had 8 of us in the townhouse and we had some more family stay right next door at the Inn at Morro Bay. We had big dinners at the townhouse and really enjoyed staying at a home for this special event. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's decorated so cute and the owner was very helpful with information about the area and directions to different places.

October is absolutely gorgeous here! So much to do, we want to come back next Fall break or maybe our long December break. We walked across the street to the Morro Bay golf course and couldn't believe it was a public course, it felt like playing Pebble Beach. Exploring Paso Robles wineries and kayaking were probably the highlight for me. And, seeing the turkeys walking down the street in front of the house...hysterical! Can't wait to come back.

Summer Escape

My husband and I have stayed for 3 consecutive summers at the Fortner vacation home. Escaping the heat of summer in Morro Bay is such a welcome relief. It feels like our second home and we have had our daughter and grandkids come stay with us for a few weekends during our summer's here. Looking forward to our stay coming up in July!
