Description of the Moultonborough vacation home rental

Suissvale Community is nestled In the Heart of the Lakes Region, on Lake Winnipesaukee & Latchkey to New Englands majestic White Mountains.

Winter activities, Ice Fishing, Sledding Hill 4 telephone poles long, Ice Skating, Snow mobile right off house property to Lake and Main corridors, 10 minute trail ride to main corridor and 5 minute trail ride to 400 foot sliding hill, ice skating ring, and Ice Fishing on Moultonborough bay at Suissvale on Lake Winnipisauke. All weather permitting.

Ranch located in Suissvale Development in Moultonborough NH with beautiful beach access, 10 min walk. From house. Sleeps 6 upstairs, 2 private bedrooms and an additional 3 non- private in downstairs game room/family room with own full bath. LR, Kitchen, 21/2 baths, big deck w/screen house, 65 inch TV w/cable/satellite for in Home Theater, volleyball/bad mitten court, fire pit, & hammocks on house property. House is 4 years old.

Amenities in Siussvale Development: Beautiful Beach with picnic tables, grills, two swimming rafts anchored off Beach. Basketball, Tennis, Playground, Beach Volleyball, and Boat Launch.

Activities :Summertime Swimming, Basketball, Tennis, Playground, Beach Volleyball, Boating.

Within a mile is Castle in the clouds is Beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails and horse back riding. Golf, Ice cream stand, min. golf, & restraunts within 5 Min. Within an hour of Ski Areas such as Loon, Gunstock, Attitash, Cranemore and outlet malls in Conway and Tilton,45 mins. to the White Moutains and all it has to offer, lost River, Whales Tail, Clarks, the Flume, conway Senic Train Ride,Story Land and Monkey Trunks Zip Lining and Obstacle courses.

Peak Season 4 night min.- June, July, and August, Midweek or Weekly rental only, Midweek-Monday 1:00 arrival to Friday Departure 1:00 $850. Weekly rentals Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday $1250, other charges - Cleaning fee of $80.00, which is possibly refundable, linen service $20.00 Extra nights, Sunday-Thursdays $150 a night, Friday & Saturday $250 a night. Prefer using Pay Pal, Credit Card # needed for security deposit at time of check in, along with a $200 dollar non-refundable deposit to hold dates. Area Information

Attraction :Castle In The Clouds which over looks Lake winnipesaukee. Hiking Trails And Waterfalls are spectacular, along with Horse back riding. A half an hour beautiful ride through Lakes Region & your at the door step to the Majestic White Mountain Area with all its Activities & Ski Areas, such as Lost River, Flume, Clarks Trading Post (Bear shows). Monkey Trunks (zip lining and obstacle courses), Rock climbing, Saco River, Conway & Tilton outlet Malls, all within 40 min. Golf, Ice cream stand, min. golf, & restraunts within a mile.

friendly, wonderful to deal with

The house was exactly as advertised, incredibly clean and very well equipped. The owner is very accommodating and goes far above and beyond expectations to ensure a successful visit. We were visiting family in the area, and when she heard I would be baking, bought a bundt pan so I wouldn't have to bring my own. She answers questions with endless patience and is honest, friendly and professional to deal with. The house is convenient to restaurants and facilities/attractions and is a great base for exploring the White Mountains/Lakes region. We will without question return.

"New Years Weekend"
This house was great - we all really enjoyed our stay. It was very open & never felt crowded even with all of us there. Everything we could've needed was there for us & it was extremely clean & in a great neigborhood. Carla even provided us maps & answered our touristy questions for us. She was very professional & friendly & we will definitely be going back soon.
