Suissvale Community is nestled In the Heart of the Lakes Region, on Lake Winnipesaukee & Latchkey to New Englands majestic White Mountains.

Ranch located in Suissvale Development in Moultonborough NH with beautiful beach access, 10 min walk. From house. Sleeps 7 upstairs, 2 private bedrooms and an additional 8 in downstairs game room/family room with own full bath, LR, Kitchen, 21/2 baths, big deck w/screen house, cable/satellite, volleyball/bad mitten court, fire pit, & hammocks on house property. House is 3 years old.

Amenities in Siussvale Development: Beautiful Beach, Basketball, Tennis, Playground, Beach Volleyball, and Boat Launch.

Winter activities- Ice Fishing,Sledding Hill 3 telephone poles long, Ice Skating and Snowmobiling right out front door to Lake and Main corridors, weather permitting.

• Other Fees: $20.00 Fee (optional) If you prefer not to have to bring own Linens and Towels. $80.00 Cleaning Fee (Optional) If you prefer to walk away and leave the cleaning to us. Or save $80.00 by leaving house like you found and leaving a light cleaning to us.
