Description of the Mount Baker vacation townhouse rental

Fabulous luxury loft condo lodging in the Snowater complex, next to the Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie National Park on the scenic Nooksack River. Fully equipped kitchen, baths, and all the comforts of a superior resort. 2nd floor master suite with queen bed, full bath and shower and 2nd bedroom downstairs with double bunk and single, shower only in bathroom. Sleeper couch in living room and super warm wood stove with all the wood you can burn, balcony in the trees, washer/dryer, iron and board, plush terry robes and goosedown comforters on the beds, resort type amenities, TV/DVD/VCR/CD/Cassette/AM/FM and a full library of games, books, movies, and cd's, local/800 access telephone and much more. Complex has 2 indoor swimming pools and hot tubs. Sauna, tennis courts, raquetball courts, exercise room,kids playground. Rates over the holidays vary. Please inquire.

Baker Ski area close by with unlimited hiking and fishing in the summer. The best family place or a serene private getaway in the supernatural Cascades, Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest.

• Deposits: RETURNED CHECK CHARGE OF $50.00 CANCELLATION POLICY: With a written (email) notice 30 days prior to your arrival, we can return your deposit minus a $50 service fee. With a written notice between 29 and 15 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit (50% of your total cost) and we will return any remaining funds. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $5
   
• Other Fees: $25.00 pet fee per night/$50.00 lost keys. 10.00 per person per night above 4 occupants.

Great snow, beautiful scenary on the river with snow. Mt. Baker ski area is truly one of the best in the world. We enjoyed the cosy place provided by David!
