This house is wonderful. It is situated right on Lake Ninevah, and has all of the comforts of your own home, and then some. Kayaks and a row boat are available for use, which we took full advantage of. The lake is absolutely stunning - the Loons were out daily too! Excellent, excellent vacation home. We'll be back for sure!!

Two couples on a lake in an ideal setting. This was a fabulous house in a great location. Spent the entire week relaxing, using the lake and traveling the countryside. The house is well equiped with everything in excellent shape, clean and working order. The Lake is crystal clear and easy to get into for a refreshing swim via the small sandy beach. There are no motor vehicles allowed on the lake so the call of the Loons is heard and the kayacks, row boat and paddle boat allow you to enjoy the serenity of the area. All in all it was just a terrific week, at a terrific spot in a great house.

Hi Cindy, I just wanted to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the rental this past weekend! Your home is BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed it SO much!!! We skiied all day and then relaxed by the fire at night. Saturday night we cooked a big meal and all relaxed! We would love to rent it again in the fall when all the leaves are turning! You have a GREAT set up! Thank you again, Kimberly
My wife and I would like to thank you for a wonderful weekend in Vermont. Well, not that you really had anything to do with it, EXCEPT for the use of the beautiful home and property. We absolutely loved the house and the area!
I just want to let you know that when we left we unplugged the coffee maker and the toaster. My wife's father, a retiree of the NY City Fire Department in 2002, always warned us of leaving small appliances plugged in. His days with the fire department saw many fires being caused by the small appliances. Anyway, wanted to thank you for such a nice weekend and hope that in the future we can venture up there again.
Please, feel free to use us as a reference for other renters
