Description of the Mount Pocono vacation home rental

Beautiful new house overlooking the lake with a huge deck and an outside hot tub that sleeps 17 with central a/c. Great room with soaring 20 foot ceilings and windows with beautiful lake views. A big rec room with 52" TV and a Brunswick pool table. The house has 3500 square feet...6 bedrooms 3 1/4 bathrooms a big rec room with a wet bar and an additional fridge. .
The house is located in Emerald Lakes Community which boasts a community center with an indoor pool and sauna, lake beaches, playgrounds and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is open from early July through Labor Day and is open from Thursday thru Sunday. The indoor pool is open from Thursday thru Saturday with limited hours. There are fees to access the community ammenities ($5 per day or $10 for the week – kids under 4 are free) Located just 8 miles from Camelback Mountain & Camelbeach Water Park. About 15 miles to Jack Frost. Less than 4 miles to the new Casino. About 10 minutes to a huge outlet mall. Near horseback riding, golf. gokarts, paintball, whitewater rafting and more. It is $3500 for a week plus a $150 cleaning fee and a $400 REFUNDABLE security deposit. The rental week in the summer goes from Sunday to Sunday. Off season rates vary.

Open Loft Area – Two Twins (Trundle Set up on rolls out from the other and lifts up)
Living Room - Double Sleeper Sofa
Rec Room– Futon sleeper, Big screen TV and pool table
Downstairs bedroom – King bed
Downstairs bedroom – King Bed and a twin bed
Three full bathrooms….one on each level plus an extra water closet with toilet in the rec room.

There are stairs that go down to the lake access and a small sandy private beach for sunbathing. The lake is good for swimming although from our backyard it is not ideal because the lake access there is rocky. The use of our paddle boat and our canoe comes with the rental. It is a great lake for fishing!

Enjoyed a peaceful weekend away at a VRBO home in Lake Ariel. We loved the decorated home and all of its ammenities. The 11 of us fit perfectly into the 5 bedroom home and still had plenty of space. We hope to return soon!

From beginning to end - this was a GREAT getaway. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. As beautiful as the pics are, it doesnt do it justice. Very spacious, gorgeous home. My kids absolutely LOVED this home - they loved the fact that they could go out on the kayaks and row boats. Everyone loved the hot tub and its views of the lake. I can't say enough POSITIVE things about this home.

Girl Reunion Outing
