Description of the Mukilteo vacation home rental

This breathtaking 2 story home has an awesome view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Watch the cruise ships leaving Puget Sound with the sun setting on the horizon. It is very secluded and quiet. There are tall fir trees and a big red wood tree with squirrels and eagles flying about. Take a soak in the hot tub situated in privacy overlooking the views. The home is recently remodeled with hardwood floors, granite kitchen with all Dacor appliances gas stove, warming drawer, convection oven and is fully equipped.

There is a huge wood burning fireplace in the living room tastefully decorated northwest contemporary and which also has a fantastic view of Puget Sound and a huge red wood tree which makes you feel like you are living in the trees. There is a huge deck with plenty of space for entertaining, BBQ, and hot tub for 6 people.

There is a remote control gas fireplace in main level bedroom and it has a huge 5 x 5 shower with double controls and private courtyard. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upper master bedroom, has a jetted jacuzzi tub overlooking the view, king bed and small private balcony and a huge California Closet.

The 2nd bedroom on upper level has king bed and full bathroom. The bedroom on main floor has queen bed, two person shower with heated floor, antique oak double vanity , gas fireplace and private lanai.
There is also a full utility room.

It is conveniently located in Mukilteo's Harbour Point community which has the 5 Star Harbour Point golf course and dining facility only (walking) 5 minutes away. The quaint town of Mukilteo offers a wonderful beach and Ferry to Whidbey Island along with 2 well known restaurants (Ivars & Anthonys). There is a trail that leads you down to shipwreck beach only 1/2 mile from the house. there are also tennis courts (lighted at night) close by. Shopping is close by, and the Alderwood Mall (theaters, Nordstroms, Maceys, etc) is only 15 minutes away. Stevens Pass skiing is only 1.3 hours away. There is the Tulalip Casino 20 minutes north. Only 10 minutes to Boeing in Everett

Area Information

Lush community of Harbour Point with Mukilteo ferry landing only 10 minutes away. Seattle is 20 minutes driving. Alderwood Mall is 10 minutes. The Golf Course is within walking distance.

Breath Taking

This house is absoulutely the perfict place to stay if you are going to Seattle. The kitchen is a dream kitchen amd the views from the sink makes you want to stay home and do dishes. The views from the bed upstairs was beatuiful to wake up to. The full moon shining on the water at night was very romantic. Tina was wonderful to work with during the rental process. This house is one you dream of living in. My wife and our friends that we shared it with didn't want to go home. You have everything you need for as long as you want to stay and never miss your home. The fireplace in the living room was so nice to have with the cold evenings. The deck is very inviting with the same breath taking views as the rest of the house.The hot tub on the deck makes for a very relaxing end to a day of sight seeing and running around. I have stayed a several rentals from Vacation Home Rentals and this one so far is the best of all. Using Vacation Home Rentals is the greatest experince I have ever had in renting. I look forward to travling to other locations that Vacation Home Rentals have to experince the beauty they offer. Thank you Tina and Vacation Home Rentals for making our first trip to Seattle on we will never forget.

Relaxing!

This was a wonderful get away for my husband and me. We met up with my two brothers and sister-in-laws. The house was perfect for us, each having our own bedroom and bath. The view from the deck was breathtaking and the location was perfect for touring all around the area. We took in the Boeing tour, Vancouver, the San Juan Islands and downtown Seattle. You may want to bring extra towels, only one per person is provided. Overall, this was a very comfortable place to stay and we would for sure stay there again.

The location was perfect for city, moutain or water activities. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay at the home and would definately be a repeat visitor if given the oppotunity to visit the Seattle area again.

This house was everything that it said it was. It has an incredible view and everything that you could possibly need is there. We felt so blessed to have a house with a fantastic view to come home to every night after a day of sightseeing!!
