Description of the Munich vacation apartment rental

15 mins to munich centre, 10 mins to the "theresienwiese" Oktoberfest, 2-5 mins to the metro no. 4 or 5, streetcars no. 18 or 19, and buses no. 131 or 132.

Facilities

We think about many small details in order to be sure that you will feel comfortable. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor, next to our own, and includes the following rooms:

Living room: sofa (bed-sofa for 2 persons), modern closet, color-TV Toshiba (Screen diagonal 26"), marble coffee table and marble table lamp

Bedroom: double bed, closet, two bedstands, dressing table in antique style

Kitchen: comfortable seating corner for 6 persons, built-in kitchen with electronic cookers and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster as well as cooking pots and cutlery.

Bathroom: toilet, washbasin, bathtub with shower, hair dryer

Our apartment locates in a center with optimal access to public transport. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, internet-cafe as well as laudromat. Day trips by bus, train or by own car to "Neuschwanstein" Castles of Ludwig II, or to historic cities as Salzburg, Regensburg, Rothenburg, and to the Bavarian and Austrian Alps. With a bavarian day ticket (25 EUR) you could spend a day in a whole Bavaria up to 5 persons including Salzburg.
