This Immaculate 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is fully furnished to very high standards with fully fitted kitchen, sitting room and bed settee which along with the two bedrooms allows for up to 6 people to sleep comfortably in the property. There is also a dining area with table and chairs. All linen and electrical gooda are included e.g toaster, hairdryer, kettle, microwave etc.

Residential La Aparecida is a private enclosed development made up of only 18 apartments 9 up and 9 down in gated community for security with communal pool and gardens. The apartment boosts a private sun terrace leading out on to garden and pool and is fully air conditioning.

There is a travel cot with linen, a 3 wheeler buggy (which will accommodate babies from birth) and put-u-up bed all avaliable on request which would accommodate any age.

There is a wine/drinks fridge in the kitchen.

Area Description

The apartment is situated 5mins drive from Orihuela centre with a large shopping complex and indoor swimming pool.

The village has a sunday market and Santamera has a market on wednesday which is a few mins drive.

Costa Calida coastline stretches over 250km and is located south of the province Alicante. The region offers something for everyone with warm sea ideal for watersports and sailing. Why not try a relaxing mudbath with its healing properties or a round of golf on one of the numerous courses in the area.

Spain is rich in history and the Costa Calida region benefits from several archeological sites, like the roman theatre and plenty of museums. Cartagena is great for a typical Spanish night out with Tapas-bars open all year round and several bars to enjoy a drink.

The blue lagoon sea with crystal clear water is ideal for swimming and water sports. Mar Menor is also worth a visit for its salt water lake, the largest of its kind in Europe and with an average depth of only 0.5 metres it is child friendly.

The apartment is in the heart of Vega Baja mountains. The village is filled with tradition and festivity. The stunning scenery of its back drop of the Sierra De Orihuela mountains. With the capital Orihuela being only 2Km away which is filled with culture and architecture.

Within 15-25 minutes drive you have some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca/Calida Spain i.e. La Manga, La Finca, La Marquesa are only a few. Also within 15-20 minutes drive you have some of the best beaches in Costa Blanca/Calida i.e. the blue flag beaches of Guardamar and many more.

Enjoy an array of exciting holiday activities including horse riding, diving, hot air ballooning, water skiing, water parks, hiking, tennis, safari and go-karts. There's a wealth of history and culture with many museums and churches in the area.

All through September is the local festival, the last two weeks are full of colour and fun for all ages.

The property is set in a gated comunity which is very safe for little ones, also the pool has steps for little ones with grass area, there is also a indoor pool just across the road for if you got a cold day!! all the local restaurants make the children very welcome.
