New in March 2005, Cedar Chalet on paved, dead-end road that offers privacy, peace quiet. Property goes down a steep bank to the Nottley River 150 feet below the Chalet. The river is great for trout fishing if you can maneuver down the bank. From the deck you have a year around view of distant mountain peaks. At sunset we have seen several Canadian Geese, deer, and turkeys come out or land in a large field across the river.

Both bedrooms have a view of the river with a large sliding glass door in the master bedroom that lead onto the deck. The loft bedroom has its own private deck. The large family room has wall-to-wall glass windows and sliding glass doors that provide a fantastic view without going outside. A stone rock fireplace with gas log is at one end of this room. The dining table can be extended for seating six and two bar stools provide additional seating on the back side of the cabinets.

Work is in process on a large unfinished basement. It will have one bedroom, one bath room and a large sitting area or game room. A double glass door opens onto its own private deck that has a great view of the river.
