This lovely real log luxury home on top your own private mountain is located on 3½ acres surrounded by woods...Offering panoramic views, privacy and a park like setting!! See several states from the wraparound balcony, enjoy the peace and beauty of the woods, or take a hike down the mountain and explore the creek, fish, relax and enjoy!! Lake Nantahala and the Marina for fishing, canoing, boat rental etc., are just a few minutes away..This home is fully furnished with luxury amenities and tastefully decorated throughout. Featuring 4 full bedrooms and 3 full baths, the master suite offers a queen bed with tempurpedic mattress for a wonderful sleep experience, a flat screen tv, with dvd and DirectTV satellite, private bath and balcony with breathtaking views!! The formal living area offers leather sofa with reclining seats, flat screen tv with dvd and direct satellite. The fireplace is remote controlled and you can enjoy beautiful views from the inside as well as on the balcony. The third bedroom also has a flat screen tv with DirectTV satellite. The second bedroom has a phone line for computer and local phone service. The lower level offers an entertainment room with games, puzzles, reading material and future satellite tv (not yet installed). A fourth bedroom and bath are also on the lower level if someone would like a private area . Our home is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Murphy.

Murphy is located at the western corner of North Carolina close to the Georgia and Tennessee state lines, with two major airports within 2 hours. The area lies in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains, rich with history of the Cherokee Indians, beautiful scenery, wildlife, and as much or little to do as you wish...whitewater rafting, canoing , fishing, hiking the Appalachian trail, visiting the antique stores, amusement parks, flea markets, etc, etc.
