1 Bedroom, 1 bath (shower) petite cottage on a wooded dune
between Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake in the City of Muskegon. Fully furnished for 4 persons with Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, dining table and chairs. Modern bath, kitchen, appliances. Two flat screen Cable TVs, DVDs. High-speed internet. BBQ grill, fire pit, and patio table and chairs in small yard. 12 stairsteps up to dune.

Not on beach or water, no view of beach or water.

Lake Michigan beach: 2 minute drive/bike (1/4 mile, 1/2 km) Shoreline Trail: 2 minute drive/bike (1/4 mile, 1/2 km)
Michigan's Adventure & Waterpark: 30 minute drive

15 minutes to festivals, live theater, symphony, Port City Princess cruises, Cross Lake Ferry. Close to restaurants, malls, medical, Michigan's Adventure and Waterpark. Not on beach or lake and no view of them from cottage.

Ideal for: Singles, one couple, or a small family of up to 4. A Michigan vacations favorite.

Friday to Friday rentals preferred in Summer.

Size: Like hotel suite plus efficiency kitchen with apartment size appliances - stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer in upper compartment. No dishwasher as there was no room.

Lot and Parking: Early 1900s small lot in historic, residential Bluffton neighborhood of the City of Muskegon. 2 houses on one lot. Parking for 1 car in shared double driveway. Drive is long enough to park car plus small trailered boat. Eagles Nest is the guest cottage located on a dune behind the main cottage.

Each cottage has its own BBQ grill, eating table with seating, and fire pit with seating in its own yard.

Location on Lot: On a dune above and in back of the main cottage, which is street level.

FAQ: Not on lake or beach, no view of lake from cottage. 1/4 mile to Lake Michigan. Shower instead of tub. No washer/dryer, no dishwasher.
