Description of the Muskegon vacation home rental

Muskegon cottage open all year. Charming, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation furnished rental cottage is by Lake Michigan beach and Shoreline Trail and close to many activities in Muskegon, Michigan.

Minimum Stay: 2 nights. WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY preferred.


It's 2 minutes by car west to the award-winning Pere Marquette Park beach at Lake Michigan, located south of the Muskegon Channel. Quick access to Cross Lake Express Ferry dock (Muskegon to Milwaukee) and close to Cedar Fair's Michigan's Adventure & Water Park, and many festivals, culture, and activities. The home is by--not on--two lakes (4 blocks, 0.3 mile, 0.5 km to Lake Michigan's Pere Marquette Park beach. Cable TVs and DVDs. High-speed Internet May to November.

Ideal for singles, families of up to 6, and for corporate lodging. No smoking. No pets.

You'll relax in the quaint, quiet residential neighborhood, which is 2 minutes (0.3 mile) to Lake Michigan beach and 1 1/2 blocks (less than 200 yards) to Muskegon Lake. Muskegon-Milwaukee Cross Lake Express Ferry is only 5 minutes away.

Festivals, culture, summer celebrations are only 10-15 minutes away. Renowned Michigan's Adventure and Waterpark is a 35 minute drive.

My family of six had an wonderful week long vacation in muskegon and it's mainly because of our rental home - Redbird cottage. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, we had all the conveniences of home and were only a bike ride away from the beach. On the rainy days we had plenty of room to play inside or sit on the front porch and read and on sunny days we had a camp fire out back. We can't wait to go back.
