The Forest and Lake room each have double beds, The Beach and Garden Room have Queen size, Captain's room has a Captains bed (twin). The Beach and Forest room can be used as a suite - there's a door between them. The Master bedroom (Garden Room) has plenty of room for a travel crib or travel bed for young children. Large eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with pots, pans, baking, serving dishes, etc. High chair, port-a-crib and booster seats available upon request. Gas stove & full size refrigerator. Dining room, two large living rooms (approx 12x15). Front porch with windows - a great place to sit and enjoy the breeze.
Washer & Dryer in the basement, easy access to outdoor clothes line.
Fenced in yard on a double lot with extensive rhododendron garden allows for privacy. Picnic table, Charcoal grill, fire pit, board games, 4 bicycles available for use.

This home in Muskegon, MI is located in the quiet neighborhood of Bluffton, which is nestled between sand dunes and Muskegon Lake (1 block away). Pere Marquette Park is a city park along Lake Michigan with a mile long groomed beach. It is less than a 10 minute walk or if you prefer to drive parking is free! Activities at Lake Michigan include swimming, fishing, boating, sailing & kite boarding, beach volleyball and of course, beautiful sunsets. Take a walk along the pier to the lighthouse or have a picnic at the park while watching boats and ships come through the channel. Visit the Maritime museum & USS Silversides Submarine, or Docker's - for dining & entertainment. Muskegon Lake offers a smaller, warmer lake also great for swimming, boating, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, water skiing. Put your canoe, rowboat or kayak in Muskegon Lake at the community beach at the end of the street or launch your motor boat at the Public boat launch less than 1 mile away. Muskegon Yacht Club is one block away. Bluffton School playground and dune climb/walk is in the neighborhood. Neighborhood non-denominational Church around the corner. Muskegon Country Club (private club), the Boardwalk along Lake Michigan (leading to Beachwood Park) and Kruse Park are all within 2 miles. Canoe down the Muskegon or White Rivers. Happy Mohawk Canoe livery rents canoes and kayaks for touring along the White River.
Downtown Muskegon is less than 10 minutes away and has many historic buildings and offers tours of the Hackley and Hume Homes (The lumber tycoons of the mid 1800's). Many shops with handcrafted items only 2 miles away in Lakeside.
Old time Trolley stop at the top of the hill will take you downtown & back around Pere Marquette Park. Or take the city bus - service right on the corner. The Car Ferry to Milwaukee is less than 2 miles away.
Nearby: Michigan Adventure Amusement park, North Muskegon State Park and Hoffmaster State Park which has a nature center, trails through the woods and a stair climb to the top of a dune (see photos). The city of Grand Haven offers shopping, a musical fountain and is home of the Coast Guard Festival.
Frederick Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids-40 minutes. Grand Rapids Airport (Gerald Ford) 50-60 minute drive.
