3 bedroom single storey well equipped cottage with acess to sand bottom swimming area & small beach, 750 ft from the cottage door, down a pathway with an 80 ft dock to use.
Area Description
Cottage is located aprox. 10 mins. from the town of Gravenhurst off Hwy #169. Close to Bracebridge with Santa's Village & a good Hosp. All the towns close by have good shopping & restaurants. Wildlife Centre just south of Gravenhurst, & Steamboat cruises on the famous old Steamboats which cruise all three big lakes & go right past our cottage dock.
Steamboat Cruises on an original old steamboat & the new Grace & Speed Museum. Dr Norman Bethune Homestead & Museum. Wildlife Sancuary. Santa's Village for Santa's Summer Home, Go-Karting, Farmers Markets & Art & Crafts Studio tours, & Cranberry Festival in the Fall with tours of the changing Fall Colors.
