Description of the Muskoka vacation cottage rental

Lovely waterfront home on the Trent Severn Waterway.

Rents Weekly. Friday at 4:00 to Friday at 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the water. Queen size bed in second bedroom. Twin beds in the third bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room!

Master bath has cheater-ensuite, Jacuzzi bath, separate shower.

Central Air.

Kitchen is large, roomy, and well equipped!

Shaw satelite. Pool table in recc room.

Lots of walk outs to the deck and dock. Fire pit (requires permit).

Excellent for Canoeing, Kayaking, Fishing, bring your own boat and tie up at the dock!

Quiet area, suitable for families.

PET AND SMOKE FREE!!

Area Information

Beautiful Severn Bridge, 35 minutes north of Barrie, just 7 minutes north of the famous Webers Burger stop on Highway 11!!

Amazing Nature wildlife and petting zoo just minutes away. Santa's Village in Bracebridge, 20 minutes away. Circle R ranch a few minutes away for horse back riding. Bicylce trails, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, and more!

AMMENITIES: LCBO, hardware store, and grocery store minutes away in Washago.
