What makes us better? What makes us unique? Our guests always say the view, our exceptional customer service and the way we keep our home. While others offer an "ocean view", we offer an OCEAN VIEW! It is something that captures your attention as your walk in, keeps it throughout your stay, and stays with you throughout the year. Our floor plan is unique in that it has a split bedroom setup, offering some privacy. This is an unusual feature in a Myrtle Beach rental and particularly at the resort. We've had a strong internet presence since 1998, offering our home during this 16 year period. We remain guest centric without being intrusive. Have a question? We'll have an answer. Lastly, because we use this home as often as time allows, it maintains an "owners touch" which is uncommon in the sterile world of a typical Myrtle Beach rental. Our home does not undergo a once in 10-year big bang update. We continually update to accommodate our guest's needs and comforts.

We must point out that the unit is non-smoking and has an age restriction of 25 and above. While we love pets as well as everybody else, the resort does not allow animals in either the homes or grounds. The condo holds a maximum of 6. To ensure both comfort, and adherence to local fire code, we remain firm. Families are welcome, as are long term rental guests.

Our condo is nestled on thirty-three wooded acres along the crystal blue Atlantic. Conveniently located in the center of it all, this location offers easy access to Myrtle Beach's main attractions. The resort is located just 6 miles south of Broadway at the Beach, a multitude of shopping malls (including outlets), amusement parks, golf courses, and restaurants within minutes of the condo.
