My husband and I paid $150 deposit ($50 more than is required in the listing) on this property at the end of March. On April 11, less than 2 weeks later, I notified the owner that we would have to cancel due to contractual obligations with the military. (My husband had to cancel his vacation to meet deadlines that were pushed forward.) The owner promised a $75 refund on April 14 and has yet to send a refund. I contacted the owner on May 22 regarding the refund and was told "I need the other email address where I sent the payment cause my hubby said it cleared the bank." I notified the owner that we have never used another email and have not received any refund. I have all of the emails that we have sent to each other, and all were sent using the same email address. I have yet to get any response. This owner is dishonest at best and you should beware of doing business with her.

This unit was more expensive than the same type of unit we stayed in the previous year. The previous years unit had a washer and dryer. This unit did not. The unit was not very clean, and sleeper sofa sheets were full of sand.
