Our clean, well-appointed condo in Waterway Village sits securely inside a gated community and overlooks the third tee of the course at River Oaks Plantation (27 holes). Enjoy postcard views from your private, secluded balcony. Features all newly updated amenities and is meticulously kept. Sleeps up to six people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Also features a fully equipped kitchen. TVs with cable in both bedrooms and living room. VCR, DVD player in living room. Sony Playstation 2 game console provided (bring/rent own games)! Full size washer/dryer in unit.

We are constantly updating the condo to offer improved and fresh amenities. We recently replaced the beds with brand new, plush, pillow-top beds: a true king in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Past updates include reupholstered dining chairs, updated and expanded kitchenware, large, solid new rocking chairs, additional storage solutions, added a balcony ceiling fan & light, and various other updates! Berber Carpet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven/Range, Paint Throughout, Vinyl Flooring, Loveseat, and More!

The Intracoastal waterway runs through the property and there is a lighted pier from which you can enjoy watching the boats as they travel the water or cast a line in and fish for awhile. This picturesque setting also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a grilling/picnic area, gazebo, walkways, a private lake and more!
River Oaks Plantation is located a convenient 5 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and is also easily accessible by car from all areas. It is a short drive off of Interstate 95. Centrally located near all major roadways including 31, 22, 17, King's Highway, and 501.

Water sports abound with opportunities to wind surf, jet ski, boating, water tours, and water ski! So whether you enjoy sunning on the sand or spending the day in the water, it's all close by!

Our honeymoon

My husband and I stayed at this rental for our honeymoon. We had a budget and couldn't go far so this was really a good choice. You get a lot of accommodations for the money and everything is near by. Restaurants and attractions are in close driving distance and the beaches of course. The condo was clean and pretty much had everything you'd need(bedding,kitchen essentials,tv,games). The pool and surrounding scenery within the complex were beautiful. This was our first time in myrtle beach area and we loved it. We are planning on staying again possibly this August as well. This is definitely a great vacation spot.

This was our first visit to the area this property was an excellent location to access the many attractions there. At the same time at the end of the day it gave peace and quiet, and was thoroughly enjoyable. The unit was clean, well-furnished and had all the comforts of home. The setting along the intracoastal waterway was beautiful and the community pool and other amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Our thanks to the owners whose helpful assistance made this vacation simple to arrange and an overall great experience.

We were very skeptical about renting via internet and then not sure what to expect when we arrived. Imagine our pleasant surprise when we walked through the door....Exceptional! We were very pleased; Great spacious place! Extremely clean. More than enough for six, comfortably Close to everything...pool was wonderful....the community was pleasant - very friendly. Security was awesome (lost a key) - were able to contact Tom & Doray immediately and security replaced key very quickly. Safe place. Relaxing and Cozy Condo

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was spacious, clean, and cozy. It was a great way to spend a relaxing vacation at the beach. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes from the beach and right next to food and outlets. The neighborhood looked new and safe. Overall, the condo helped make my trip perfect!

WOW!!...we were impressed with the condo and with Tom & Doray! The condo is immaculate, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Anything you can think of that you might need is there! We feel as though Tom & Doray are good friends of ours even though we have never met. They called to see if there was anything we needed our first night there and kept in contact via e-mail. You couldn't ask for better hosts. We made reservations to return next year before our stay ended!!

I've rented several other fairway condos in this area over the years, and Tom and Doray's place tops them all by a mile!! Organized and very clean, this unit reflects its owners' desire to make the vacation experience pleasant and carefree. The "little" things that are available - an assortment of novels, board games, videos, area maps and information, show that Tom and Doray pay attention to the details. From start to finish, the rental process was precise and hassle free. This was the first time I dealt with these owners, but is far from the last!!! Tom and Doray - you're tops!!
