Newly upgraded for 2009, our beautiful 4th floor second row efficiency unit with ocean view has easy access to beach. LOWEST RATES in area without sacrificing quality. Known for cleanliness and superior comfort. This location is perfect for family vacations. Prepare a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a direct view of the ocean from dining area. Relax in the sea breeze on the private balcony. Rates listed are for 2 adults. Add $5 per additional guest 14 & up. Children under 14 stay free. Special rates available for monthly rentals Oct. - April: $550.

Springmaid fishing pier in walking distance as well as boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing and helicopter rides. 10 minutes to new Coastal Grand Mall. 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. 5 minutes to Myrtle Beach State Park and new Market Common urban shopping and dining community. We loved the view and ease to the beach that this unit had. We had two small children and it was very convenient. The unit itself was just like the pictures. It was an older building, but if you are looking for a comfortable bed, with a great view for meals and a great rate, then this is the place. The owner was a resource for questions we had as well.

We liked staying in a smaller, less crowded building. The price was less than friends paid for the same size condo in a larger, noisier building. The condo owner was nice and asked us to call if we needed anything. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. We had an excllent vacation in Myrtle Beach!!!!
