We were pleasantly surprised how clean, comfortable and convient the motel is. The beach, restaurants and stores are a very short walk away. The staff are very polite and helpful.

The place is great for the money and it was nice to have a little kitchen. A family with two children can stay here and be comfortable. Rodney was great and the transaction was smooth. ***Recommend****

Was quaint but roomy enough for my family of six. We really enjoyed this stay. Was right near the beach ( just a short walk across the street and right near ( 2 blocks ) from public parking ) and we were able to carry all our stuff and cooler, also. Clean pool, hot tub and awesome kiddie pool deeper than most, enough for an adult to sit in without having to have everything exposed.

Booking The Reservation Was Easy And The Property Owner Was Very Nice. The Location Was Just Right Because It Had Oceanview And We Could Walk Across The Street To The Ocean And It Is Right On The Strip Near Everything. The Condo Was Clean And Had Everything. It Accomodated Me And My Guests Very Nicely. I Would Definately Rent From The Owner Again!

My family and I visited David's Landing this past month it was one of the best vacations I have had in a long time. The room had alot of space and was very clean. It was just as the pictures showed.The kitchen had everything that I needed and the beds slept really good. The room was nice and cool on arrival.On top of things the price was amazing. Rodney was wonderful and fast to work with on getting the room booked. We enjoyed the place being quite and not crowded. Just what my family needed. I don't think the location of this place could get any better. I loved just going right up to the room and getting the key and not having to wait in line and pay. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Rodney for such a wonderful vacation!

My buddy and I visited David's Landing for a fella's trip to celebrate out birthdays. We had a ball! Why look for oceanfront when you can have oceanview AND a view of the strip?!?! Everything was clean and in decent shape. The kitchenette helped offset some food costs and the full sized fridge was welcomed also. Motorcycle friendly, which was the deal sealer for us. Front desk staff was also very nice and helpful. Great room, great view, Rodney was just fabulous to work with, and the rate for what you get was fantastic. Mr. Durham was always available to answer questions and was the only one to answer my call and quote me a rate on short notice for our booking. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at David's Landing. It had all the amenities we needed for our family of 5, and found it easy to get to, and close to the beach and attractions. The building was quite and not crowded at the pool. Rodney was great with our reservation and building staff were nice. We would recommend to ours friends.

We loved the view and ease to the beach that this unit had. We had two small children and it was very convenient. The unit itself was just like the pictures. It was an older building, but if you are looking for a comfortable bed, with a great view for meals and a great rate, then this is the place. The owner was a resource for questions we had as well.

We liked staying in a smaller, less crowded building. The price was less than friends paid for the same size condo in a larger, noisier building. The condo owner was nice and asked us to call if we needed anything. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. We had an excllent vacation in Myrtle Beach!!!!

Very nice place!!
We stayed at David's landing from 8/8/09 to 8/13/09. We had a great time. Rodney was great to work with and he was very quick and thorough with the plans. There were 2 adults and 4 children with us and we did fine with the space we had. The room was clean and had all the kitchen things we needed. The beach had great access right across the street.
