I have stayed in many condo rentals and even owned three timeshares myself over the years. If mine were serviced the same as I witnessed the staff servicing this one, I might still have them. From the minute we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Check in was smooth and quick, condo was spacious and clean, security excellent, location perfect. It was even great to watch a mother dolphin and her baby swim up the coast just off the beach one morning. If there was any flaw at all, it would be the speed of the elevators....did seem like we spent additional time waiting for them, but not as bad as some hotels I have stayed at during conventions. All in all my wife, 17yr old daughter, and 13yr old daughter all told me it would be ok to book for next year already, which Im sure we will.

Place was great. Close to everything....within walking distance of clubs. Beach was perfect....large area of beach. Very pleased.

My family and I spent the week of the 4th and were extremely satisfied with this condo. It had everything you need to feel at home. It was super clean and very convenient. I have to say it was the best setup and the roomiest condo I have stayed in. I hope to go back next year!!!

What beautiful sunrises, minutes from everything, walking distance for most. Saw dolphin in the am and pm so close to the shore I was amazed. Once the Boardwalk is completed walking down to the strip will be so convenient. There was some elevator update work being done so the one that was open was busy. Very enjoyable and relaxing time

Beautiful condo on the oceanfront.Tremendous kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. Great staff & ammenities. Enjoyed having Starbuck's coffee in the building. Close to nice restaurants, shopping. Had a wonderful vacation!!!!!

We stayed for an entire week in July 2009. The condo is great! The elevators in the building are slow, but the stairs are not that bad if you are in a hurry. This property is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach so access to everything is easy! Great Stay! Instructions from owner were great!

I stayed in this condo from the beginning of January to the end of March. The unit was everything it was advertised to be. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

We stayed at the Prince Resort, and we certainly felt like royalty. The condo was spacious and modern. It was also very clean. The pools were cleaned every morning, and every time we left the building the ground level was being cleaned..water removed, windows washed, etc. We hope to return next year!

Our family stayed vacationed at this condo for a week. What a great experience. The Condo was in a perfect location for Families of all ages. The Ocean Front Balconies offiered a great view of the Ocean. The Condo is new and clean with the best of amenities. I would highly recomend this Condo to anyone for an enjoyable vacation.

My family stayed at this location the end of April beginning of May. We had a wonderful vacation. Great condo with plenty of space and everthing we needed. The view was incredible. We were very impressed with the resort, the pools and water features were great fun for our kids and grandchild. There was plenty of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is kept very clean. We will definately go back.

We had a great time last weekend. The weather could not have been any more perfect! The condo was just what we needed. The layout of the condo was great. It would be a great place to stay with your family (kids in 1 room, adults in other). The girls and I would definitely rent again next year!
