Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Condo located in a resort directly on the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. See over a mile of beach from the picture window along with unlimited view of the ocean. One bedroom 12th floor condo with full kitchen, full bath, and living room. Has queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Central air conditioning for your comfort. Kitchen is stocked with utensils to allow you to prepare your own meals or you can eat at the onsite restaurant. There are also many restaurants within a couple miles of the resort. Free WiFi is available in the condo. Rental season is April 15 to October 15 each year. This is our winter home for the remainder of the year. Therefore, the condo is well appointed, freshly painted, updated TV and appliances, cleaned weekly, and in excellent condition. This is a NO SMOKING condo.

The Palace Resort is located in the south central area of Myrtle Beach directly on Ocean Blvd. You are within minutes of family attractions such as amusement parks, large aquarium, water sport activities and rentals, golf courses, family Broadway type shows, many restaurants and shops. There are also over 90 golf courses n the Myrtle Beach area.

The new Myrtle Beach Commons is located less than 2 miles from The Palace Resort. It is a large area of walking and biking trails, a lake, shoppes, theaters, and other entertainment.

• Deposits: $100 deposit within 1 week of reservation to secure your desired dates. Deposit is returned within 14 days after departure if everything is ok. If reservation is canceled before rent payment is made $75 of the $100 deposit is returned to you. If you cancel after the rent payment is made all funds will be returned if the condo can be rented for the same period.
   
• Other Fees: We prefer payment with a personal or bank check. If you need to use a credit or debit card we will add a 5% service charge on the deposit and reservation fees. This will be waived if a reservation is made within one week of the arrival date.

Our 2008 vocation was wonderful, there are some issue while we was at the beach but everything turn out good, will return again next year.
