The Condo we rented online was exactly what we found when we arrived in Myrtle Beach. This was the first time we used any type of rental agency and it couldn't have been easier. The Condo had all of the amenities we needed and was extremely clean and very close to the beach. Definitely will rent this again in the future!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 6. It had a ton of amenities and all the little extras (boogie boards, beach chairs, utensils, etc) made it feel just like home. The location was perfect. Lots of restaraunts and stores were within waling distance.

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic vacation for a week in Myrtle Beach at the Atlantis. Although it was accross the street from the beach, it had views og the ocean from both of the balconies as well as a beautiful panoramic view of the city which was breathtaking especially at night. We had the best seats in the house for the fireworks which we were able to watch from our balcony from the spacious livingroom in total comfort. Our condo was clean,neat and nicely furnished. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even the cleaning supplies were provided! We would highly reccomend this condo located on North 20th Ave. to anyone wishing to vacation in Myrtle Beach.

My family and I stayed in this very comfortable and clean 2BR condo earlier this month. Our vacation was very enjoyable. The location of this condo was extremely convenient!! We were able to walk to restaurants and entertainment within blocks and the beach is only a block away. We would highly recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Good location with lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. Easy access to the beach just across the street. The condo was spacious and clean, but the guest bathroom needs updating. The kitchen was well equipted and had everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs available for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and she made everything so easy. I would stay here again.

What a fantastic week we had at Tessa's apartment at Myrtle Beach. The apartment was so spacious and had all you needed in it. Wasn't sure what to expect as I've never stayed this far south in Myrtle Beach and to sum it up...WOW!! Perfect location with so much to see and do within blocks of the condo. The condo had everything we needed and is very well maintained. I will certainly be making a return vacation back to this fabulous condo.

This is the best place to stay.Walk to the beach or sit and watch it from one of the two balconies.Or even better you can see it from the master bed and the hide a bed in the living room.Walk to eat,drink,or shop.We found tons of shells right across the street on the beach and every wedensday they shoot off the biggest fireworks and your on the 9th floor balcony to see it all.Talk about a view!We will never stay anywhere else.The amminites (kitchen,washer/dryer,dishes etc.helped us save money as well.Thanks Again

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is in an excellent location, in our opinion. Lots of great resteraunts and night life in walking distance. We had some difficulty entering the building as they had just installed a new lock. By the end of the week, that was working better.

Four friends and myself stayed in the condo for beach week this summer and we couldn't have been more satisfied. It was much nicer than any other place we visited during our stay at Myrtle Beach and we didn't have any problems with neighbors or staff. Ive been to myrtle beach many times but my first at this location. And what a nice surprise to find a location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and one block off the beach. The unit was recently updated and looks great. Plenty of room, love sitting on the balcony w/view of the ocean. W/D in unit is also a plus. I will be back for sure.

We were so surprised and extremely delighted with the luxurious updates to this lovely condo and are certainly planning to continue returning for many years to come. The amenties, location, and spaciousness are perfect - we didn't want to leave! Huge amount of tumble & rumble space for the kids - they were so happy to be able to play their computer games in the evening (so were we), watch videos on the one rainy day, etc. The beach is so close and we spent many fun times there and at the restaurants close by. Everything is within walking distance. The owner is very kind, answered our many questions and is always accessible. Secure building and great views as well. Could not ask for more - had such a remarkably fun vacation! Thank you and we will certainly recommend this property to all our friends. See you next year!

I have stayed at this condo twice. The second time I was amazed at the renovations the owner has done. It is light, bright and very comfortable, and has all the amenities. It is so convenient I rarely used my car! The owner is always available for questions and interested in feedback. I will definitely go again, and recommend it to families or singles, golfers or beach lovers!

This condo was spacious with beautiful ocean views and close to everything! The building was a secure one and the owner was accessible at all times. The amenities to include washer/dryer, full kitchen, tvs in all rooms and two full baths were wonderful. The area was quiet yet bustling with the sights (one block back from the beach, smells (excellent restaurants within walking distance0 and shopping everyone wants to experience at the beach! I highly recommend this property and the owner to all--including families.
