Stayed at #301. Condo was very clean and spacious. Excellent location with a short taxi ride to Broadway at the Beach where all the bars and places to eat are. Played both courses at Myrtle Wood, both were in excellent condition. Wil definitely be back!

Our whole family and two friends (Mom and Dad, a 26 year old woman, four young men: two 19 year olds, one 15 year old, and one 14 year old ) were here for a Ripken baseball tournament. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The condo was just perfect; clean, bright, and open and with room for everyone to have their own space, too. It was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures. The living area was very inviting and relaxing, the bedrooms were great (really comfortable beds), and the kitchen spacious and well-equipped. It was very quiet and peaceful. Also, it was located close to anything we needed: ballfield, Walmart, Sams, restaurants, water park, race park, everything! Having wireless internet was a great convenience since we had one person taking college courses and the two younger teenagers taking summer school classes online. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained and were enjoyed by all; the security guard there was a very nice and friendly young woman from our area of Virginia. The entire complex was meticulously maintained. The air conditioning was wonderful, we kept it set on 72 and even on the 100-degree plus days, it was really comfortable, sometimes even chilly. But, that was fine since the condo came with plenty of blankets as well as pillows, sheets, comforters, and nice fluffy towels and washcloths. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone taking a vacation in the Myrtle Beach area (we already have). The owners were very communicative and easy to work with and have made sure to provide exactly what they are advertising, and more. Mom even got high-fives from the kids and Dad for finding this place!

We had a great time. The weather wasn't too bad, considering the time of year...better than Canada in March. We found lots of things to do. We went to two band concerts and one with a fill symphony orchestra...marvellous. We golfed, walked the beach, drove to Georgetown and Charleston. It was great.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you could need right there. We found it convenient to everything; golf right around the corner, including the 17 bypass to go North or South of the area. I would recommend you and your unit to anyone interested in going to M.B.

We stayed for one week and all was in good order. The condo was clean when we arrived except for the oven which had not been cleaned of oil on the bottom and the dishwasher was OK but may need to be updated. The twin beds are small but comfortable. We were close to the river oaks golf course which was handy when you wanted to play a quick round of golf. The area was quiet and clean. the pool and hot tub were not open in November --a shame since on two days it reached 80 degrees. We would rent again good value for the money.
