Spacious fully furnished condo 10th floor in hi-rise building w/one balcony overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, 2BR/2Bath, sleeps 6 comfortably, fully stocked kitchen, TV each room. Bldg is pyramid shape with one & two bedroom units along both sides of the building. Only efficiency units DIRECT oceanfront. There is an efficiency unit which is also available 21st floor which has a queen bed, queen sleep sofa, full kitchen, one bath and a view to die for. The building is minutes from major attractions and shopping outlet malls. Leave your car and walk to restaurants and amusements. Year round rentals. Please call for EXACT rates for specific rental period. Rates shown are average and may differ for weekends, holiday or peak rental periods. Still one of the best values in Myrtle Beach.

This condo is in the south end of Myrtle Beach with nearby Murrels Inlet restaurants a 20 minute drive, Surfside Beach 10 minutes South, boat charters and more fun in between. Quaint shops and resturants in surrounding 30 minute driving areas. The historic charming city of Charleston SC is a mere two hours away from the South end of the beach and well worth the day trip. Historic Georgetown is 40 minutes on the way to Charleston.

First visit was Easter week 2006. Enjoyed out stay. Plan to re-visit in 2007. Owner was very imformative & condo was just as presented on website. Very nice stay.
