Brand new condo with screened porch on pond, first floor end unit, will sleep 10. Master has queen plus twin w/trundle, BR 2 has 2 twins, BR 3 has queen. Sleeper sofa in LR. Fully furnished and equipped, nicely decorated, available daily,weekly or monthly.
Motorcycles permitted, no trailers, no pets, smoking permitted on porch or outside the unit.

• Deposits: $150 for weekly or daily rental, refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation in advance to the date of your arrival. Deposit will also serve as security, with guests responsible for any damages, other than normal wear and tear, that occur to accommodations or household furnishings as a result of their occupancy. Security will be returned in full or partially accordingly, within 14 days of your departure. Monthly sec. equal to monthly rate. Renters must be 21 years of age and on premises

We enjoyed my stay at the Sun 'n Fun Condo in Myrtle Beach. It is a new condo that is kept fresh and clean. It has all the conveniences of a home. Although it is not on the ocean, the ocean is not that far away. I highly recommend the Sun 'n Fun Condo and look forward to staying there on our next visit to Myrtle Beach. The owners, Rick and Denise were great to work with. This is a great condo!!

My Family of 8 went last year and had a great time. the place looked better in person and was close to everything and the pool was great for the children. best vacation home we rented out. My family loved the place and wants to visit every year now.

We spent a great week on our honeymoon in Rick & Denise's condo. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We miss it already. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us with a nice card that read "congratulations newlyweds.We will keep this in our scrapbook. It was such a nice surprise. We never met Denise, but I understand it was her idea. Thank you Denise! We were a little disappointed that the Hard Rock Park was not open but apparently, we didn't miss too much. We had a great time there and will stay there again if we make plans to go back to Myrtle Beach. It is in a great location...close to everything. Thanks so much Rick & Denise for allowing us to share your condo!
