Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental
The condo deck is new and has a great view of the ocean, sunset and rise, as well as the moon reflecting off the ocean at night. The deck is equipped with a high table and chairs for relaxing and sipping a beverage. The deck can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom.
The living room has a pull out sofa, DVD player and wall mounted 32" HDTV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and utensils.
This unit is heated for year round rental and has been equipped with new high efficiency widows and sliding doors both are beached.
A common laundry room is available on the second floor less than a 2 minute walk.
Parking is guaranteed by parking pass and is rarely over crowded.
The condominium grounds are well maintained. Swimming pools, hot tubs, ocean view tanning decks, and barbecue grills are easily accessible and are less than a 5 minute walk away. An exercise and walking path is situated between the Villas and Ocean. This is a great way to maintain your exercise program during vacation. Just south of the property is a play ground with an ocean view. The private beach is about 350 feet from the condo or less than a 7 minute walk. Sea shell collect is very good. Beach is visited by sea gulls and sandpipers. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella and sand toys are inventoried at the being of the season. Just north of the property, is beach access to drop off for mobility challenged guests.
Many guests in passing say OFVR has the best spot on the beach. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of million homes.
Ocean Forest Villas is centrally located to shopping outlets, golf courses, family entertainment, sport bars, excellent restaurants, live theater, and airport. Many are within 15 minutes.
Because the original builder did not provide space for pets in the landscape plans, no pets can be accommodated -- I apologize for his short sightedness.
Our contracted cleaning and maintenance companies have been servicing Ocean Forest Villas Resort for 20 plus years.

We had a great time. The condo was just steps away from the beach, pool and hot tubs. We will be staying here again. The condo was nice clean and the kitchen was filled with all the things you need to cook. Lots of plates, bowls cups and much more. A really sweet older lady lives a cross the hall. I just cant menton everything it was so wonderful.

This condo is awesome! We are a big family of 5, but it never felt cramped. The condo has everything you need and more, including a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfy and the showers nice and warm. The beach is super close, and the property well maintained. The owner is really easy to work with too. The only complained I have is that the week was too short:( We will definitively be back!!!

We found the place nice and convenient. It was perfect for our family of 4. The place was quiet and the hot tub was nice. We had great weather that week that helped too. Park for the kids was in close walking distance too and we enjoyed the exercise/play challenge stations along the walkways. The condo building itself needed some work that was evident but the unit we stayed in was in overall good condition. All together a good/relaxing experience.

condo was very clean upon arrival. received an e-mail from owner that the master bedroom shower had a leak in it but would be repaired on Monday, which it was. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our two week stay and will look in to a full month for 2013.

My two sisters and I spent the week and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the pool and hot tub were sparkling. We could watch the ocean from the "balcony" (ground floor) and walk to the beach within minutes (didn't even need shoes)! We rented movies a couple of nights and went to the outlet mall, aquasino (casino boat), dueling piano bar, comedy club, Broadway on the Beach, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, and the price was the best in town!!!

Condo was amazing and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location closer to the beach (unless you are on the beach). Beach area is private and not crowded like other areas of Myrtle & North Myrtle Beach. Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and the stay was just like being at home. Amazing area and enough privacy to make you comfortable. Nice staff and great owner. Have recommended and will stay again in the future.

The location was wonderful. Maximum time to any attraction, shop or food was 15 minutes. The beach was a 5 minute walk across a non-busy 2 lane road and the pool was only 2 minutes away. The condo was clean and being on the ground level was a plus. It was plenty big enough for the two of us and the bed was sooooo comfortable. (I'd like to go again just to sleep in the bed.) It is a non-smoking unit, which I thought was going to be a problem, but it actually worked out just fine. You can smoke anywhere outside the building and the walking trail across the street adds for a little extra exercise. The view of the ocean was limited because of being ground level, but you can see it, and you can certainly hear it, especially at night. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit, for us, was ideal. Not new but tastefully decorated. Out of the hustle and bustle of "commercial" Myrtle Beach, but everything is only a walk or short drive away. The beach was never crowded even though the weather was perfect (80's). We will look to rent this unit again in the future.

Very comfortable accommodations but somewhat outdated in decor. I would have liked to be informed of the road that seperates the condo from the beach. It would be a problem if I had small children going back and forth. The porch on the unit would have a better view if they had a high top table. You had to stand up to see the ocean. There are no restaurants near this property snd the grocery stores are not close either. It would help if the owners put some sort of map of these locations in their units. We arrived just after spring break so our timing was perfect for peace and quiet. This is a great place for families with older children or seniors that like to golf. The cost was reasonable and I would stay here again.

This was a great rental for a family. The location was convenient to many things yet not overcrowded with tourists. The condo was clean and quiet. Only compliant was the laundry facility did not appear to be working and didn't want to lose money and the shower in the master was a low flow. Otherwise all was great and we hope to come back next year!

We were very comfortable and felt safe at this condo. It was well located for all our needs which included sightseeing, shopping and beach - Canadian Snowbirds.

Great relaxing 2 weeks vacation! Great location - 2 minute walk to the beach, pool on location, ocean view, resturants and entertainment very close, able to find free entertainment as well, 10 minutes from airport for family flying down, full accommodation(kitchen) in the condo itself and we were able to prepare our own meals very quiet. Hated to leave. I hope to be able to continue coming down every summer as a family tradition. Thank you for use of your condo and stress free rental transaction. The patio furniture was an excellent addition since last year - I was able to see the ocean (sitting in them). The 2 new chairs in the living room are very comfortable. Cumberland MD

Hi Mike, We arrived home yesterday and wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your place at the beach. It was exactly as described and after a day of enjoying all the things to do, I must say, the master bed was a welcomed night sleep. (It was the best bed!) If you recall, I was concerned about the no smoking policy. As it turned out, it was not a problem at all. It gave me a chance to get in a little more walking and I actually smoked a lot less(not in the condo). We would like to rent from you again next year for the same week. Bedford VA

We arrived just after spring break so our timing was perfect for peace and quiet. The cost was reasonable and I would stay here again. Ohio

The location of this condo is in a nice and quiet community. It is close to many restaurants and places to shop and fish. The master bed is very nice. There are wonderful views of ocean from the deck, pool and sundeck. The condo is very close to the beach. My kids had a blast it was our first time to Myrtle Beach - Columbus OH.
