Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

This ground floor condo has been redecorated. New wall to wall carpet was installed with upgraded padding. The kitchen cabinets are freshly painted and the counter top has a new ceramic tile treatment. The living room has a pull out sofa with new end tables, new video cassette cabinet, DVD player and wall mounted 32" HDTV. The master bedroom new furniture includes 2 new drawers, mirror, end table, a queen size bed and plush mattress and a 20' screen HDTV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with new bed frame and slider feet. The deck has a new carpet.
Views of the sun set, ocean and moon are very relaxing from the deck sipping a refreshment.
Ocean Forest Villas is centrally located to shopping outlets, golf courses, family entertainment , sport bars and excellent restaurants and live theater. Most are within 15 minutes. On site are 2 sun decks, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and an out door grill.
An exercise and walking path is situated between the Villas and Ocean. This is a great way to maintain your exercise program during vacation.

15 minutes or less to MB Convention Center, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Legends in Concert, House of Blues, Bare Foot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, MB International Airport, etc. And 100s restaruants and golf courses.

 Perfect "Mental Health" Weekend, October 1, 2009

Perfectly described, come as you are, getaway. Great location! Enjoyed the private beach and the walkway. The owner Mike, was gracious and informative. (I had a little mix up and he offered the perfect solution.) He told us about local sites and events. We will tell our friends and look forward to a return visit. Thanks again for sharing your place with us.
