Write a review My husband and I rented the condo for a week in the beginning of October for some much needed 'get-away' time. It was absolutely PERFECT! I wanted an oceanfront space with a seperate bedroom, which the property had. The kitchen and laundry facilities were wonderful to have (saved on money and time). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the property to friends and family! Hopefully, we will be back to enjoy it again soon! We had a GREAT vacation stay at the Roxanne. Pam was great to deal with and the condo has everything including all the linens and towels you'll ever need. It was also very nice to have a couple beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The property is well maintained and is in a great location being centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The balcony is spacious and the view is great. It's also one of the few condo's that has central air conditioning which was efficient and very quiet. We will definitely be back and also tell our friends. Thanks Pam for allowing my daughter and I to stay at your wonderful condo. It was so "clean", which is a must for me and a pretty quiet building. Your condo provided us with everything we needed and more. We had everything from you we needed before we arrived (keyless entry code, parking pass, etc). Want to say that the keyless entry code is one awesome idea. The view and wide beach was great. So nice to correspond with you and hope we can make it back next year. God bless. Dixie and Sarah Virginia Pam, I just wanted to thank you and tell you what a FANTASTIC place you have!!! We had a WONDERFUL vacation!! The Roxanne was great. We loved the fact that we were so close to Pier 14 and the shops. Being able to sit on the balcony every morning watching the sun rise, the ocean and the people walking on the beach was just wonderful. It is a fantastic location and like previous people have said, the staff at the Roxanne were very nice and very helpful. Your place is so clean and so nicely decorated it felt better than home All of the little things you have taken the time to put into the condo really helped to make our stay that much better…….the kitchen having EVERYTHING, the sand chairs, the book full of restaurant menus and things to do. You really have a great place in Myrtle Beach. Thank you again for all your help. My husband and I stayed here for a week. The room was great! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean is awesome. The location was perfect!! The owners provide so much for you too; a binder with information about the area and good restaraunts to eat at really helped. Next time we go back, we will definatly try to book here again!! This was truly a very home away from home condo! Ample amount of space and very well equipped with linens and everything you could want and more for the kitchen too! Very comfy king size bed and the view was just awesome from the balcony. We watched the dolphins almost every morning! It is in a great location to literally anything you could want to do. Very friendly staff. Willing to help with any questions we had. We came to watch our son in a baseball tournament but had a wonderful time between hours spent at the ballpark. I'm sure we will visit again in the future! Thanks Pam and Bob! Brenda Cress Your condo is beautiful and the amenities are PERFECT. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend your "home" to friends and family. The condo certainly feels like a home - more than enough towels (beach & bath), kitchenware, washer & dryer - couldn't ask for more - and the view is AMAZING....Our "hunting" went very well and we have made an offer on a beautiful tract of land - A dream coming true.....! Working with you was wonderful, we helped ourselves to a few of your brochures to pass on to friends and family. Since the 70's we have enjoyed the facilities and staff of the Roxanne under the governance of the Williams family some of that time. All that has been praised in other testimonials is so true...the cleanliness of the condo, the tastefulness of the decor, the flawless maintenance of the facilities, to mention a few. But, there is no question... this was the "best stay yet" at the Rox. Why? The outstanding reasons are, 1.)easy access to the condo with no concern about carrying keys; 2.)privacy...tho' staff, indeed, are helpful and non-obtrusive, we appreciated knowing no one would arrive at the door to clean at inappropriate times and have to be turned away or accommodated; 3.)a kitchen that allowed us to easily make meals and thereby, avoid eating out as much resulting in cutting calories and expenses; 4.)the ease of cleaning, condo, self, and clothing...great bath and shower area. 4.)the fantastic mattress on the expansive bed. I must conclude with kudos for the Britts,superb hosts. We Stayed from October 4-19 for Our Anniversary. WOW what a wonderful stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is very well Equipped,very clean, and feels like home. The view is spectacular. M husband and I are looking forward to Staying in this condo again next year. It is a true one bedroom Yuo don't walk into teh sleeping are when the door is opened. Very comfortabel king size bed. Well equipped with washer/drier, dishwasher, icemake and garbage disposal. The beach is wide = plenty of space even at high tide. We will defintitely consider next year Pam and Bob, thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We had a wonderful time, with the GREAT weather. Your condo was so beautiful, exceptionally clean! It was great to have towels, so you didn't have to call and ask for more. I loved having a washer/dryer! Your condo had everything in it and more than we could have asked for. And, WHAT A VIEW OF THE OCEAN! We enjoyed listening to the calming waves early in the morning and late at night. You are an exceptional host and you made it very easy for a family to have a great vacation. Pam. Just back,and I must say we had a great time. The unit was perfect for our little family, and your little extras were not expected(so many extra towels,beach chairs,soap)we brought our own thinking this place would be like every other rent from owner we have used(usually for skiing). We'll remember this for next time. We will be recommending your place to any friends that are going to MYRTLE BEACH. Thanks for the great weather as well. We are the Taylor family from NC. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thankyou so much for opening up your home to us. During our stay we enjoyed all the ammenities Myrtle Beach has to offer, beach, walks, attractions. We planned our trip on line and found out the Roxanne is the place to be!It is awesome, we looked at alot of the hotels, some had 20 pools and one even a bowling alley, but they are all cramped, dirty and stinky. Not to mention the old fixtures, sheets with holes, broken appliances. The buildings were nice on the outside, but once you get past the lobby it was horrible. Thanks for the Roxy as we have now "dubbed" it! It was clean and spacious, friendly service!Thanks so much!
