Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental
Welcome to our Condo at the Roxanne Towers, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach! This is one of the few smoke free Resorts on the Grand Strand. Located directly downtown, you can walk up and down the beach to restaurants, shopping, Pier 14 or local attractions. Enjoy the street side renovated walkways and pedestrian areas for walking downtown to attractions, or sit on the veranda and people watch!
When you enter our condo, you will enter into a tiled hallway. The Master Bedroom is on the right with a brand KING sized pillowtop bed and new linens to make the night time as relaxing as the ocean breeze! The bedroom is completely separate and has a door to the hallway and full bath. The bath has a hair dryer and lots of new towels!
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots n'pans, full appliances, small appliances, extra gadgets and service for 8. There is a washer/dryer also in the unit!
The oceanfront living room has a pull down murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids or young adults. We have 2 TVs/ DVD players, and broadband internet in the condo too.
We are located on the 4th floor, with a beautiful balcony, table and chairs, and a gorgeous panaromic unobstructed view of the ocean and beach!
The Roxanne Towers resort has a wonderful, large outdoor sparkling pool, a lazy river that is heated off season too, and indoor heated pool that is enclosed in the winter and a large hot tub! The oceanfront sun deck steps right off into the sandy beach.
We are happy to invite you to give our place a try. This is a new rental and we look forward to the chance to impress you and add you to our vacation books of friends.
NEED CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, LINENS, SERVICE? No Problem: Our condo is professionally maintained by a local husband/wife team who treat our condo and our guests like their own! They are ready and available to handle any emergency that arises or to meet any need that might come up! Our guests are taken care of! You never need worry about uninvited hotel staff entering the unit during your stay, our condos come with complete secure privacy!

We had a fantastic time on our labor day (week) vacation. The condo was excellent and is in a great location. It's extremely clean and well maintained and close to everything you need and want in a vacation to Myrtle Beach. The oceanfront view is awesome complimented by fantastic weather where we enjoyed our morning coffee, and relaxing cocktails after a long day of golfing, walking the beach and just enjoying the sun... Fantastic week!

Very Nice Condo, Great Location!

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The king bed was very comfortable, and the Murphy bed was fine, but the pull-out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so bring an air matress if you need to use all three beds. The location was great--very close to the Boardwalk and downtown area, and just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. The balcony was wonderful! We really enjoyed mornings trying to spot dolphins. The pools and lazy river were small and nothing special, but seemed to be similar to those at nearby resorts, plus the ocean is just steps away. Overall, it is a really nice, spacious condo and I would recommend it for your stay in the downtown area of Myrtle Beach.

Fabulous Spring Break!

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this great condo. Pam's condo was even better than her description. It was loaded with quality towels and lots of bedding. She provided plush beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked so you could prepare meals in. We found this to be a very comfortable and welcoming condo. The view from the balcony was terrific, especially early mornings for the sunrises. This is such a great location that we did not move our car for days! Pier 14 and the Boardwalk are only 2 blocks away. Kmart is just a short walk up the street, as is Piggly Wiggly. There is an Olive Garden, McDonald's, TCBY and a Krispy Creme just a stroll away too. Lots of souvenir shops to wander to and little restaurants...try the River City Cafe on 21st Ave N! There is great shopping just minutes away in your car, and dozens of nearby golf courses. Pam is wonderful to work with, answering all questions promptly. This is a great place to stay while vacationing in Myrtle Beach!

I usually get multiple bedrooms for my family when we go on vacation. With the economy the way it is I tried to cut back on my expenses for this recent trip. This condo has a single bedroom, a couch that pulls out into a bed, and believe it or not the dinning table converts into a bed. My family consists of my wife, my two sons, a daughter, and myself. We were not cramped at all, actually it was quite cozy. To make a long story short I saved a great bit of money not going with the multiple bedrooms. What I really liked about staying there is that you are within walking distance to everything. When I vacation at a new location I usually look around to see if their is a better place to stay for my next visit. I looked around and I checked out what the other places have to offer and I will back because this condo is clean, it has a great location, and it is not overcrowded.

Awesome outing for two weeks

Great last minute vacation thanks to the owner's kindness to rent the condominium to us for two weeks. It was awesome to wake up having a beautiful view of the ocean and knowing that everything needed to truly enjoy your vacation was near by. The pools were nice, but nothing was better than jumping the ocean's waves, building sand castles, walking on the ocean shore in search of different shells, getting a nice tan and smelling the salty ocean air. What a treat! Our three year old loved it so much that she would like to return next year. Our condominium was clean and comfortable for four people (can easily accomodate six people too). We liked it because it saved us time and money by being able to cook for ourselves. The sauna which we called 'the bubbles' was excellent. We would like to thank the owner again for making it possible for us to have a beautiful vacation (fast and convenient rental management). We are looking forward to next year's vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC!

We greatly enjoyed our weeks stay at your wonderful condominium right on Myrtle Beach. The views of every morning sunrises over the balcony was exceptional and made our Christmas celebration very memorable! Our first trip to Myrtle Beach will not be our last and you will be our Home Away from Home each and every time. The fully equipped unit was perfect for our unexpected treat. Your full working kitchen with all the conveniences of home helped us stay on our limited budget. The unit was in mint condition and very inviting with room enough to sleep 6 adults if we had needed it too. Our savings on eating in and packing light with carry-on luggage only, made for extra rounds of golf on some of the higher end golf courses at Myrtle Beach. Wonderful Vacation Experience

My husband and I just returned from a week at Myrtle Beach where we stayed at the Britts condo in Roxanne Towers. This is a beautifully decorated condo. The furniture is comfortable and the bed had wonderful linens and slept so well. You will be very comfortable in this beautiful condo. Our experience was top notch. Roxanne Towers is in the perfect location right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We walked at least 4 miles everyday. The view is gorgeous. The condo is stocked with everything you could need. It was really great to have the washer and dryer available so that we could wash everything before we left. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. I highly recommend this to anyone. It was truly a great vacation.

Get-Away Paradise!

My husband and I rented the condo for a week in the beginning of October for some much needed 'get-away' time. It was absolutely PERFECT! I wanted an oceanfront space with a seperate bedroom, which the property had. The kitchen and laundry facilities were wonderful to have (saved on money and time). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the property to friends and family! Hopefully, we will be back to enjoy it again soon!

We had a GREAT vacation stay at the Roxanne. Pam was great to deal with and the condo has everything including all the linens and towels you'll ever need. It was also very nice to have a couple beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The property is well maintained and is in a great location being centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The balcony is spacious and the view is great. It's also one of the few condo's that has central air conditioning which was efficient and very quiet. We will definitely be back and also tell our friends.

Pam, I just wanted to thank you and tell you what a FANTASTIC place you have!!! We had a WONDERFUL vacation!! The Roxanne was great. We loved the fact that we were so close to Pier 14 and the shops. Being able to sit on the balcony every morning watching the sun rise, the ocean and the people walking on the beach was just wonderful. It is a fantastic location and like previous people have said, the staff at the Roxanne were very nice and very helpful. Your place is so clean and so nicely decorated it felt better than home All of the little things you have taken the time to put into the condo really helped to make our stay that much better…….the kitchen having EVERYTHING, the sand chairs, the book full of restaurant menus and things to do. You really have a great place in Myrtle Beach. Thank you again for all your help.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The room was great! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean is awesome. The location was perfect!! The owners provide so much for you too; a binder with information about the area and good restaraunts to eat at really helped. Next time we go back, we will definatly try to book here again!!

This was truly a very home away from home condo! Ample amount of space and very well equipped with linens and everything you could want and more for the kitchen too! Very comfy king size bed and the view was just awesome from the balcony. We watched the dolphins almost every morning! It is in a great location to literally anything you could want to do. Very friendly staff. Willing to help with any questions we had. We came to watch our son in a baseball tournament but had a wonderful time between hours spent at the ballpark. Since the 70's we have enjoyed the facilities and staff of the Roxanne under the governance of the Williams family some of that time. All that has been praised in other testimonials is so true...the cleanliness of the condo, the tastefulness of the decor, the flawless maintenance of the facilities, to mention a few. But, there is no question... this was the "best stay yet" at the Rox. Why? The outstanding reasons are, 1.)easy access to the condo with no concern about carrying keys; 2.)privacy...tho' staff, indeed, are helpful and non-obtrusive, we appreciated knowing no one would arrive at the door to clean at inappropriate times and have to be turned away or accommodated; 3.)a kitchen that allowed us to easily make meals and thereby, avoid eating out as much resulting in cutting calories and expenses; 4.)the ease of cleaning, condo, self, and clothing...great bath and shower area. 4.)the fantastic mattress on the expansive bed. I must conclude with kudos for the Britts,superb hosts.

We Stayed from October 4-19 for Our Anniversary. WOW what a wonderful stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is very well Equipped,very clean, and feels like home. My husband and I truly enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach for the week. The condo was very cozy and cute. I truly appreciated having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher...those always come in handy. The view from the balcony was perfect. My husband and I loved Pier 14 which is a short walk down the beach. Great service, drinks and food! Thanks Pam & Bob for allowing us to stay at your place!

This condo is clean, decorated nicely and has everything you need for a week stay. It is a true one bedroom Yuo don't walk into teh sleeping are when the door is opened. Very comfortabel king size bed. Well equipped with washer/drier, dishwasher, icemake and garbage disposal. The beach is wide = plenty of space even at high tide. We will defintitely consider next year

What a wonderful pladce to spend winter vacation and celebrate the New Year. Accomodations are wonderful and the staff are so friendly! You must try the pool and spa during your stay! Romantic walks on the beach, palm trees and seagulls. The perfect vacation at the beach. We really had a great time and hope you do to!

We are the Taylor family from NC. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thankyou so much for opening up your home to us. During our stay we enjoyed all the ammenities Myrtle Beach has to offer, beach, walks, attractions. We planned our trip on line and found out the Roxanne is the place to be!It is awesome, we looked at alot of the hotels, some had 20 pools and one even a bowling alley, but they are all cramped, dirty and stinky. Not to mention the old fixtures, sheets with holes, broken appliances. The buildings were nice on the outside, but once you get past the lobby it was horrible. Thanks for the Roxy as we have now "dubbed" it! It was clean and spacious, friendly service!Thanks so much!

Hi! We have stayed here ever since it was called The Carriage Inn. This is the first time since your condos were built new. Beautiful color scheme as well as very clever bedding!Loved the pool and lazy river too. I loved your condo. It reminds me of coming to the beach when I was a child with my parents. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach with our children. Matthew is a handicapped child and it was great that the lifeguard provided a handicap beach wheelchair! We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. The staff are super nice!
