Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental
No walking from across the road.
No walking from an offsite parking area.
*** All you have to do is walk down the hall, go down the stairs and you are on the beach !!!
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THIS OCEAN FRONT CONDO !!
WALK DOWN THE HALLWAY AND STEP OUT ONTO THE BEAUTIFUL, WORLD FAMOUS, MYRTLE BEACH GRAND STRAND !!
We have 3 condos in this complex.
One is on the first floor, first condo on the left.
Condo 1 - A in Building One.
This condo is directly beside The Sands, with a pass through gate to Ocean Annie's.
As you can see from the 1-A balcony photo, the ocean is just beyond Ocean Annie's and can be seen from the balcony and the master bedroom in 1-A.
One is in the middle building, with pools on either side and the beach just down the hallway.
First condo on the left in the middle building, condo 1-A in Building 2.
The other one is on the 2nd floor, 3rd condo back from the ocean.
This is condo 2 - E in Building Two.
This condo overlooks one pool and has direct ocean views from the balcony and the bedroom.
The night pool picture and the ocean views were taken from the balcony in 2-E.
ALL 3 CONDOS HAVE DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS DOWN THE HALLWAY.
ALL CONDOS FEATURE 2 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHS, LARGE GREAT ROOM, FULL SIZE FURNISHED KITCHEN including DISHWASHER, LARGE CLOSETS IN BOTH BEDROOMS, BALCONY WITH ENTRANCES FROM THE GREAT ROOM AND THE MASTER BEDROOM.
ALL CONDOS SLEEP 8 COMFORTABLY WITH A QUEEN IN THE MASTER, A FULL AND 2 TWINS IN THE 2ND BEDROOM AND A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN THE GREAT ROOM.

GREAT LOCATION

We really loved the location of the condo. We had our four children with us and it was VERY nice not to have to carry our beach supplies far or across a road. The location was also great in that it is conveniently located between North and South Myrtle Beach, easy to get anywhere there crowds are, but not as crowded at the beach for rest and relaxation! I think the condo could have used a little better cleaning and there is a few items that need minor repair (drawer handles missing, better pans, ceiling fan not working, and living room a/c not going to high). All in all, I am not complaining about the condo, I will recommend this place to stay to friends and family.

The condo was everything the owner said it was,he was great about contacting me back with answers to my ????????????? and there was lots of them!We would rent from him again,and there was 6 woman,so that says it all!

Very nice condo, but needed some upkeep. Several light bulbs burnt out, shower head in master bedroom drips all the time, kitchen sink faucet won't completely shut off. Overall, we were pleased with the condo and would rent again. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.

The condo at Ashworth that we stayed at was very clean & nice. We enjoyed all the outside area pools and picnic area. The view was beautiful. The only thing I believe is needed is more than one set of elevators, but other than that I would deifinately recommend it to others and stay there again myself.

The owners were great to work with! They were very friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. The condo is pet friendly which was a MUST for us! It was clean, very well-kept, and updated...unlike some of the other condos that we've stayed in in the same area. The best part is, it's just steps to the beach! Great location! We had a great vacation and will definitely be renting this unit again next year!
