Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

$100.00 is refunded when I receive the keys back, and the cleaning service finds no damage. Cleaning fees are included.

Just bring your linens, tooth brush and swim suits. Newly renovated with Granite counters, new appliances. In the Arcaian Section of Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive. We are located on the ground floor, five doors from the beach and water. Enjoy a glass of wine on first floor private balcony while watching the sun set on the ocean. Villa Sleeps 6; 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Living room sofa is a queen sleeper. Queen bed in Master Bedroom and Twin Beds in second bedroom. Villa rents from Saturday to Saturday is non smoking. Sorry no pets or motorcycles. Monthly winter rates are available. I require a $400.00 deposit and the balance is due 30 days before your scheduled stay. If your scheduled stay is with in the 30 day time frame the full amount will be required Upon your request I will hold the villa for 5 days. at Broadway at the Beach. Water park, Carolina Opera, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Legends In Concert, Dixie
Stampede. and much more. Don't forget the beach!
