Area Description

This condo is located on beautiful Springmaid Beach next to Myrtle Beach State Park and only a ten minute drive from the Myrtle Beach airport. Activities include parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle boats, horseback riding, golfing and fishing at Springmaid Pier. Less than 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Market Common Mall which has high-end stores, restaurants and a 14-Plex movie theater. Only 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. There are numerous restaurants, theme parks, live country music theatres, miniature golf and regulation golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area.

Deposits: * A deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental fee is due up front to hold date. * The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. * A $250.00 security deposit is required and will be refundable by mail after inspection of the condo and return of key. * If you are paying from outside the U.S., payments must be made by bank wire transfers to our account in U.S. dollars only.

We just spent a week in this ocean front condo. We had a great time. The condo is beautifully refurbished and has an excellent view of the ocean. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The 3 flights of stairs were good exercise. We would definitely stay here again!!
