This Penthouse Condo with beautiful travertine tiles throughout, along with a new kitchen, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, and flat screen TV, new bathrooms and furniture. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful sounds and endless view of the ocean or you may choose to relax in the master bedroom Jacuzzi Type Tub. Enjoy the amenities including the pool, tennis court, beach and ocean. If you just can’t relax and need to check your e-mail then use the free wireless. Use your iPod with the stereo and charge your cell phone in the charging station (will need your power cord for phone).
Fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen in LR with high definition digital box and TV in each bedroom, Cable TV, DVD Player (LR) with a selection of movies, Stereo with Cable connection for your ipod and CD Player.

My husband and I stayed for a week in April 2012 with our 8 & 10 year old sons, and although the weather was a bit cool, it was a great family vacation. We really felt at home in the condo...it is decorated beautifully, it was quiet, spacious, and had all the amenities of home. We were able to eat in a lot as the kitchen had pots, pans, coffee maker etc, which helped save on the expense of eating out as you would have to do if you stayed in a hotel. It had beach toys for the kids, a great pool if you didn't want to go in the cold ocean water and a wonderful view of the sunrise on the beach! We also liked that it wasn't located right on the busy strip, but it wasn't too far away to get there within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Myrtle Beach and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental on the beach!

We've stayed here before and it's always great, oceanfront, pool, easy access to beach equipment, polite staff, good security, and a very clean and well furnished condo!!! I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Great condo. What a beautiful oceanfront view from this penthouse. Everything you need to cook. Great sound system. Nice TV’s. Very nice Master bedroom and bath. Great place to stay at Myrtle Beach. One on the best location I have ever stayed at. Extremely quiet room. Beach location is not crowed at all. Umbrella and chairs was providing. Very short walk to beach. . Glad we choose this ocean front penthouse.

Fantastics view and beach

I rented this Penthouse condo for the 4 th of July week for my wife and three college age boys. The veiw from the balcony is fantastic, the condo is very nicely furnished, the access to the beach is great, the beach is well groomed and the slope of the beach made it easy for people to wade out to the waves for boggy boarding or body surfing. They have a very nice grilling area next to the pool. I am recommending this to my friends and family, great for relaxing vacation at the beach. Rich

We had a marvelous stay in this beautiful, clean, well-equipped suite. Love the fact that the master bedroom and second bedroom have their own bathrooms. It was spacious and elegant, but not overdone. The morning sunrises and evening moonshine are spectacular from that height.

I selected this unit at the last minute and was concerned I was settling for convenience. I was most pleased when my daughters and I arrived at this beautiful Penthouse! It was comfortable, beautiful, and clean. It became our home for several days and we were sad to leave. The fact that we came during cold weather and could not enjoy the beach did not matter. The location was perfect for what ever we wanted to do in Myrtle beach. I hope to visit again with my daughters in spring when we can enjoy the beach a little more. Jean was wonderful and gracious and made everything very easy. I highly recommend this Penthouse experience.

The condo was just beautiful with a gorgeous view. The location was perfect. The buidling was very secure. The grounds well maintained. The beach fairly private and the price was right! We had a very nice stay. The only issue I had was there is not washer/dryer inside the unit. There is a set of pay machines on the floor. Other than that it was wonderful. The remodeled parts of the condo were lovely, and it was all nice and clean. It was my first time renting via internet, and I was not disappointed. We had a great time at this superb location, and would certainly book again. The owner made us feel like we were staying at a friend's place and not at some random hotel. Great pick!!!

This condo is truly on the beach! We had a great stay with a superb view of the ocean and excellent amenities. The area is family friendly with everything close-by without any noisy places keeping you awake at night. This is a beautifully remodeled condo.
