KINGSTON PLANTATION RESORT - Book this sparkling clean (NO SMOKING, NO PETS), recently updated, tropical beach condo with all the amenities at great rates! ONLY WEEKS LEFT: JUNE 15-22, JULY 13-20, AUG 3-10. Open Aug 25 on at this time. Book while your dates are still available!! Summer rates are $1000 - $1400/week during summer months and are only rented Sat-Sat. Enjoy Kingston Plantation Resort at SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER rates than charged by the resort at this beautiful vacation paradise decorated in a colorful tropical theme. NO RESORT FEE.
Our photos are all current - something you should always verify!! The rates shown can be lower or higher depending on holidays, availability, etc. Please email us for accurate & SPECIAL rates. This is a ground floor unit located in Canterbury Court - it's a short 4-5 minute walk to the beachfront along the beautiful landscaped grounds of Kingston. You can also drive over in about one minute or less and park in the lot at the front of the pool.

This is a 2 bdrm/2bath (master is king & 2nd bdrm has 1 twin & 1 full) The #2 bedroom has been freshly painted and redecorated. There is free wi-fi in the unit and both bedrooms & the living room have flat screen tv's. There is also a queen sleeper/sofa in a very spacious living room. This 1ST FLOOR villa has a screened patio looking out onto the lake, tennis courts & health club - a relaxing view for your 1st cup of coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail. It is equipped with a complete kitchen & full size washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms have new granite countertops and faucets. The floors are TILE and the bedrooms have had new carpet installed in 2012. Both bedrooms have recently been painted . There is parking in front of the unit. Rental includes linens & towels and all taxes.

Kingston has just added 2 new restaurants: The Coastal Grill - serving breakfast, lunch & dinner and Vintage Twelve - for oceanfront dining. There is also an Omaha Steak House & Starbucks inside the Embassy.

A short walk down the beach you will find a fishing pier with a cafe that offers breakfast, lunch & supper. There is also an arcade to entertain the kids! Kingston owns the Arcadian Shores Golf course across the road from the main gate & offers special rates there & several other golf courses. The staff will be happy to help you arrange tee times. There are tennis courts, volleyball court and bicycle rentals. Broadway at the beach is about 8 - 10 miles from Kingston, Barefoot Landing is approximately 3 miles away and the Tangier Shopping Outlet 1 mile away.

We feel sure you will enjoy our home away and return again as many of our visitors do.

Area Information

Kingston is located close to restaurant row. Some of our favorite eating spots are Finn McCools (best peel & eat shrimp ever) McCallisters Deli, Rossi's (great piano bar), Carrabbas & Bonefish.

There is plenty of great shopping close by. Just down at the end of the street is Tangier Outlets, Marshalls, Kirklands Outlet, Wal-Mart, Ross's, Shoe Encore and much more.
A short 10 minute drive will take you to Barefoot Landing or the Colonial Mall.

For great family entertainment try the Carolina Opry - music & comedy - you will go back again!! There is also the Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, Alligator Adventure, Broadway At The Beach, Ripleys Aquarium & much more within a 5 - 15 minute drive.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our needs as a family of 6 (we have 4 teenagers). It is very spacious and exactly as pictured! It was nice to be able to sit together for meals and to watch movies, etc. We drove to the beach every day just so that we didn't have to carry the cooler and never had a problem parking. It was nice knowing that the kids could just walk back whenever they got tired of the beach and use the key code to get in. The owner is a pleasure to work with and gave us tons of information about the area. There is everything you could need or want to do within minutes of the condo!

The unit was exactly what we needed. Dealing with owner was a pleasent. Check in was simple. We only had 2 minor issues that the owner was more than willing to address. Make sure you bring everything consumable (ie: spices, dish and laundry supplies, ect). Didn't use the shuttle for the beach as there is plenty of beach access parking at the resort.

Thanks John. We have taken your review and decided to leave available salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, mustard, mayo,etc. for our rentals and we have also added a tub of laundry detergent and some dryer sheets above the washer/dryer area for use as needed. It helps to have suggestions made!

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

The Resort Was Very Nice And Clean, And The Staff Was Friendly, Except For The Guy Who Check Us In On Friday Evening, He Treated Me Like I Was Not Telling The Truth About Why I Was Staying At The Resort And Wanted Me To Call The Owner, Who Was My Friend, To Prove I Knew Them. I Enjoyed Watching Him Take His Foot Out Of His Mouth.

We enjoyed our stay very much in your condo and first impressions of your condo had us all thrilled - the decor made us immediately think of beach & sand and was immediately relaxing. It was a perfect size for our famly of 6 ....we all took turns at enjoying the enclosed patio so peaceful first thing in the morning and of an evening. My youngest was thrilled at having the ducks and turtles nearby.

A very relaxing, great holiday. We had never stayed in a "resort" setting before and was pleasantly surprised. We alternated taking the 4 minute walk or driving the one minute drive to the beach and were always able to get a park when we did this. For all the people at this resort (more than we are used to) it was wonderful to be able to leave them all behind and go to your condo which was so very quiet but still centrally located!

Thanks so much - we will be back next year!
