Area Information

This condo is located on beautiful Springmaid Beach next to Myrtle Beach State Park and only a ten minute drive from the Myrtle Beach airport.There are 3 restaurants 2 on the beach, all within walking distance of Condo. Damon's for Ribs ,with a huge bar and dinning on beachfront. Barnacle's on Springmaid Pier great hamburgers and bar, and Marllin's within Springmaid Resort. Activities include Parasailing, Jet Ski Rentals, Paddle Boats, Horseback Riding (winter), Golfing and even Fishing at Springmaid Pier where you can rent tackle equipment.
Less than 1 mile from the condo is "Market Commons at Myrtle Beach".. which has 40 high-end stores, 10 restaurants and a 14-Plex movie theater. GOGGLE IT ! Condo only 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and 20 minutes from Barefoot Landing. There are numerous restaurants, theme parks, live country music theatres, miniature golf and regulation golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area
We are 10 min from the GIANT FERRIS WHEEL the ZIP LINE and FREE FALL TOWER. Everyone will find something they like and all will enjoy.

Clean and close to everything

Overall a very good experience with the owners and the unit. close to everything, beach, shopping etc. Unit was clean and as represented by the owners. Will Definitely consider renting from Joseph again.

We found this pet friendly condo while searching online. We submitted our dates, and the owner was prompt on touching base with us. The owner always answered my many emails with many questions. Always prompt replies. We felt we knew the area before we arrived because the owner explained all the hot spots, great places to eat, sight seeing highs and lows, and made us feel confident by welcoming our dog, stating that Myrtle Beach is pet-friendly. We ate out every day for lunch, and our dog was welcomed to join us. Even a bowl of water for our dog while we ate. Steps away from the beach, it was a peaceful walk every sunrise, and sunset on the beach. Not all tourist area were open because it was not summer, but that was okay, because Myrtle Beach has so much to offer. Once we sent the money to the owner, we received the keys/parking pass, and a detailed outline of the condo process. We had a great Family vacation, with our 10 year daughter, and our dog. We welcomed the 3 flights of stairs up to the condo, made us feel healthier, and guilt free from the previous meal we just had. There were many grocery stores around, that we could cook a meal in the condo for dinner, and have a quiet Family night together. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, to allow us to have a great Family time.
