Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental
COME ON DOWN
This spacious 1000+ square foot two bedroom condo is in the gated community of Island Green in Myrtle Beach. It is 6.8 miles from the beach. It is a second floor END unit and has two floors. The large second floor loft has the master bedroom, with queen size bed, ensuite and walk in closet. The large first floor bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a new pull out sleep sofa bed. The bedrooms are not small. All rooms have vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Hang on. We have High Speed Internet!!!
It also features a full kitchen with all appliances and essentials. (coffee maker, toaster, and microwave) Full size ironing board and iron are in house. New fridge w/ice maker. New washer and dryer. Freshly painted and new flooring throughout. Two full bathrooms with hairdryers. Three televisions.

This is our vacation home . WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE CONDO. ALL LINENS ARE INCLUDED. NO CLEANING FEES.
TWO week special (Sat. to Sat.) for 2013 for $850 between 4/1 and 9/30.
Heading to the beach...take the chairs, cooler and boogie boards all provided. One pool is right out the front door and the second is across the parking lot over the foot bridge. Smoking is allowed on the deck only.
Our condo is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The condo association has a NO pet, NO motorcycle policy for renters.
WINTER. WHAT WINTER! Peace and quiet. Walk the beach and enjoy the tranquility. Play golf. So many courses. So little time. Come on down! Ask for special rates from December thru March and you will be glad you did!

Area Information
An Amenities Center is within the Island Green community. Its has a indoor pool, gym, hot tub, tennis courts. You pay a nominal fee for its use as it is NOT included in the weekly rent.
BEACH: (Surfside and Garden City beaches) Exactly 6.8 miles away. 60 miles of uninterrupted sandy beach begins 10 mins away.The MB oceanfront has the mile long Boardwalk and the 200' Skywheel. Great ride!
GOLF: This condo overlooks the 11th fairway at Island Green Country Club with over 90 more courses in the Myrtle Beach area.
AMERICA'S PLAYGROUND: Casino boats, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, The Legends in Concert, Comedy Cabana, Tanger Outlets, Market Commons a must, Murrells Inlet for fishing trips in the inlet or open ocean. It also features great restaurants. TOO MUCH TO MENTION.
CHILDREN: Family amusements and attractions are endless and everywhere! Drive up and down Ocean Blvd. and Kings Highway and you will be almost overwhelmed with entertainment for kids of all ages. WARNING: Exposure to Myrtle Beach can be addicting for children! :)

Quiet, Peaceful Setting and Nice Drive to Beach

I stayed at this Condo for one week in January 2013 and returned with my 'better half', for another week in March 2013. What I liked most was the location and the great service provided by Paul and Patricia. They really care about their renters, and treat you with great respect, like you are family. You will find Paul to be well organized and the efficiency of check-in is very convenient. The place is very clean with all the comforts of home. All other reviews that you read are very accurate, with similar satisfaction. I was on vacation, primarily for Golf and some local attractions. It is a very good area as base camp for surrounding Golf Course locations and all of the major attractions of the Myrtle Beach Hub. Should you choose this Condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed.

we had a great holiday and the condo was very clean and spacious and the people we met there were super and the golf course and staff were great. the weather could have been better but we still would like to go back next year. there is lot's to do in myrtle beach and we still have many places to visit.

Paul and Patricia have made it very comfortable as a vacation home; it is literally a home away from home. They have made it afforable for a long stay as we did for two months. Island Green golf course is also great for walking and loved the pinetrees surrounding the course. If staying you would need a car as a fair distance to a store or restaurant. Enjoyed walks on beach when warm at Surfside and Garden City. Don't miss out on Aromas coming home from the beach, a new Italian restaurant on SC707, delicious and reasonable. Quiet townhouse on a golf course with a pool right outside the front door, and the location was ideal. The accommodations were clean, with all linens supplied and kitchen utensils provided. We can't wait to go again; definitely an annual event!

Perfect Fit!

With a larger family it is hard to find a rental that fits us all comfortably, until now! This condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us, no one felt like we were on top of each other. The condo was very clean and well kept. It had everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you need for your stay, I didn't have to run to the store for anything, except for food. Paul was very helpful through the booking process, answering all my questions & even inquiring about what activities we'd like to do during our stay, then mailing me some information for our interests. Theres a basket full of local brochures & information that was very helpful, especially all the coupons! This was one of the best vacations we've had! We are already planning to book again next summer.

Great Vacation Place and balanced the budget

Thanks for the great vacation. We enjoyed staying at the Island Green condo and will tell our friends, family, and anyone else that we can what a great time we had. We had a great time swimming in the pool that is just a few steps out the front door. We also enjoyed just relaxing at the clean and comfortable condo. Although we do not golf we went to the waterpark in Surf side. The water park’s website shows a coupon for $8.00 off on Sundays and that was great for my daughters ages 9 and 13. Right next to the water park is a flea market. My 13 year old daughter found an I-pod case and I found a cheap pair of sunglasses. We also found that there is free parking 1 block off the beach in Garden City. Take Atlantic St all the way to the beach, turn left 1 block and turn left on Magnolia St and there is free parking. We found a quick way to Garden City with no traffic via Salem Street and HWY 707s. We also went to the boardwalk in MB and saw a free concert ate a seafood dinner and just enjoyed the beach. We ate breakfast at the condo packed a picnic lunch and ate dinner at the local restaurants. This was a fun vacation that stayed within my budget guidelines.

First time to Myrtle Beach !!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and what a great experience we had. The condo was perfect and everything we needed was already there. It was very clean and you could see pride of ownership. Paul talked with us multiple times and sent emails, he checked on us upon arrival and thanked us at the end of our vacaction. Close proximity to all the action. Pool was clean and right at our front door. I have recommended this condo to friends and family, would love to return again .

Our family recently stayed at Mr. Whittys condo. The condo was just perfect for our family of 5. The condo had all the comforts of being at home. The location was just perfect. Your close enough to everything you could possible wanna do but just far enough away from the hustle of the big city, Its very peaceful. We spent days at the beach and then came back and took relaxing swims in the pool. We will definetly be returning to the condo next yr! I would definetly recommend the condo to our friends and family.

This condo was a great place for my family to stay during our visit to Myrtle Beach. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was definitely a home away from home. My three daughters didn't want to leave!!! This condo was so much better (much more relaxing and affordable) than staying in a hotel. We had our own space and didn't have to worry about noise. It was also convenient - close to everything we had planned to do during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Whitty were great to work with. They provided us with information prior to our visit which was extremely helpful especially since this was our first visit to this area. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who's planning a visit to Myrtle Beach.

We had the pleasure of spending the week in Mr.&Mrs. Whitty's condo for Memorial day week. I have to say I have never been as impressed as much with condo's until our stay here. It is off the beaten path, which we prefer. The condo had everything you could think of, I didn't find myself running to Wal-Mart for odds and ends. The pictures do it no justice, there is a ton of room in the condo. Everyone enjoyed being able to just relax in comfort and actually have the room to do so. The weather was amazing for us and there is so much to do in Myrtle Beach...they even had a basket by the TV with brocures, coupons, and general information about the area. We plan on coming back next summer, and I can't wait!

Great Vacation!

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week last August and had a great time! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to stay comfortably for the week. We especially appreciated being able to use the "his and hers" sets of gold clubs because it saved us from having to bring our own clubs down on the plane. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, we look forward to renting from them again this summer!

My husband and I stayed for two months at this condo and never had a reason to miss home as everything you need is here. The condo is located on a golf course and the owner provides the clubs so we golfed several times as the weather was fabulous. The condo is well kept, clean, comfortable and the owners are very nice and easy to do business with. We highly recommend this site as it is so central to shopping, sports, shopping, great shows, shopping and a host of restaraunts. And did I mention shopping....... We loved our time here and if you are visiting MB it's a great place to stay.

We stayed for 4 days with our 3 year old. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Two full bathrooms was a plus! We enjoyed coffee on the deck and taking a swim in the nice pool at the end of the day. The pool is steps away from the front door. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to the beach and shopping. We are looking forward to going back next summer. A great place to stay!

Myrtle Beach Trip!

This condo was perfect. I've rented it twice. The first time with the wife and the second on a guys golfing trip. It's close to Rt. 17 and right around the corner from everything. We had an excellent stay here as the condo was well maintained and very clean. I recommend this to anyone who is on a golfing trip with buddies or is taking the family on a vacation.
