Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Located on Ocean Blvd in south central Myrtle Beach. Condo 1209 is on the 12 floor on south side of The Palace Resort. This gives you a direct view of miles of beach, ocean, and the city. Watch the ocean and beach during the day. Watch the city lights at night. We have maintained the condo like our own home since 2007. We clean and maintain it ourselves. No rental manager or cleaning firm is involved with the condo. Amenities in the condo are a large picture window in living room for outstanding views. Queen size bed in bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Full size refrigerator and stove, Dishwasher and garbage disposal. Central air conditioning. Resort has a free inside parking garage on site, 2 pools, 5 hot tubs, exercise room, arcade room, large patio, putting green, and direct access to beach from patio. The resort has free Wi-Fi service. We supply linens and towels. You bring your beach or pool towels. Laundry rooms are also provided.

During the peak summer season (mid April - mid September) we only rent 5 to 7 nights Saturday - Saturday..

Area Information

Located in south central section of Myrtle Beach. Close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, water activities, Myrtle Beach Commons, Broadway at the Beach, Boardwalk along the beach, and largest ferris wheel east of the Mississippi. Close to golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, and shopping. Located directly on Ocean Blvd which is the main artery of Myrtle Beach.

Excellent Stay

November 20, 2012

I stayed at this condo between October and November 2012 whilst carrying out business in the area. It is quiet, clean and comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The balcony has a great view and is ideal for relaxing with direct sunshine most of the day. Ron and Diane were very helpfull and always available if necessary. I would thoroughly recommend this condo.

Thanks Ron and Diane. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location on the southern end of Myrtle Beach is near all the main attractions and shopping. The condo provided everything we needed to stay in and eat or near some great restaurants, pools, exercise room, wi-fi and most of all the view and just steps to beach. We've already scheduled another visit for September. Many thanks.

ROOM WITH A VIEW !!!!!!!!!!!

We think the Palace itself has the best layout of any building on the beach with its interior courtyards and room layouts. It is not what we consider "RAILROAD BOXCAR" rooms where you enter from the outside, walk past your bedroom, bathroom, into the kitchen/livingroom area and onto the balcany. The staff seems to always be cleaning or painting something. We have stayed in many different units at the Palace but this year was one of the best. #1209 was very clean with all new appliances and carpeting. We wanted for nothing and the unit has a view to die for. We met the owners and they were very friendly and easy to work with. We will be vacationing in unit #1209 at the Palace again next year.
